I called All Drain and an hour later they showed up and quickly and efficiently cleared the tree roots out of my drain line. They were reasonably priced, even with the extra charge for a weekend appointment. Johnna, who answered the phone, was extremely pleasant and she gave me a good idea of the price before they came out. Dalton showed up and was super fast and knowledgeable. Before I knew it, my drain was clear and my weekend was saved. I highly recommend this company. I'm so relieved to have this mess taken care of so quickly.

Best I can tell, this place is a scam. I would recommend avoiding them…read more We have tried to hire them *twice* to fix an improperly installed gas fireplace insert. Attempt 1 was just after we bought our house. They came, we paid them a few hundred $$ to do the estimate, they gave us an estimate, which we approved. Then we waited...and waited...and waited. More than a year passed and they never came and did the work. When we finally got a call back, they explained that an employee had died during that year, which somehow precluded them from communicating with us. Ok so we asked again for them to fix the fireplace. Although they'd already been here, and already given an estimate, and the fireplace had been unusable--they insisted they needed to come out again to give us an estimate. They charged over $400 to come out. Fine, we paid, they came out. The guy who came seemed knowledgeable and we were hopeful! But a month passed and there was no new estimate. I called repeatedly--no one ever answered or returned my call when I left a message. I emailed repeatedly; they did not respond. Finally, more than a month after coming out, I *finally* got someone on the phone and they sent an estimate. The estimate wasn't exactly what we'd discussed, and didn't include any timeline, so I replied with two simple questions. Again, no response. I repeatedly called. Repeatedly emailed. No response. It is now two months out, and they are unreachable and unresponsive. It's clear that they have no intention of doing the work. We've paid them over $700 just to be ghosted TWICE. As far as I'm concerned, charging that much to give an estimate, needing to be *constantly hounded* to actually give the estimate, and then disappearing is fraud.

They cleaned the fireplace but never fixed it. Mark skipped out on at least 3 scheduled appointments for one reason or another. Enviro, the manufacturer, has no solution but to go through the local distributor. Mark is the only one in this region, maybe even the state. I am out $7,000 (including installation). The worst part is I really loved the stove. I'm totally out of options.

Beware! SF came out to trouble shoot a HVAC unit that was not heating. Their tech came back with a…read more$9k quote because the unit required replacement: "FURNACE 3O YEARS OLD AND GAS VALVE IS BAD ) COST TO INSTALL 40K BTUH TEMPSTAR. GAS FURNACE MODEL # N92ESN0401412A WITH 1.5 TON A/C MODEL # R4A5S18AKANA WITH CASED EVAPORATOR COIL." I sent another company to gut check this, and $119 later, this is what they found: "Upon diagnostics of the system, it appears the gas valve does not need replaced nor does the hvac system. The flame sensor was checked, the drain was cleared, pressure switch terminals were oxidized; cleaned them. The actual issue found, was that the gas cock that supplied gas to the furnace, was almost in the "OFF" position. This can cause failure to ignite due to not enough gas flow. We turned the cock all the way open and the furnace fired on every time." Edit: The owner contacted me and expressed his regrets and stressed that this was a misunderstanding. I'll take him at his word. YMMV.

If I could give extra stars, I would! Nothing but exceptional service and professionalism…read more I called yesterday at 8am because our heater (which was barely hanging on for quite some time) finally called it quits sometime in the middle of the night. Ron and Ben were at my door at 930 ready to go. Both were very friendly from the start and understanding when it came to discussing my options and prices and my need to call my husband before making a choice. I called later in the afternoon to agree to the new furnace option that fit our budget and they were able to schedule installation for the next day. I was also offered space heaters to borrow while we waited which I thought was a nice touch and just solidified my opinion that I'd chosen the right company. The entire time Ben and Ron were here working they were extremely friendly and approachable and nice to my kids and crazy dog as well. They even cleaned the evaporator coil to the ac because I mentioned it wasn't working well and they saw it was covered in dust. I was blown away by them going the extra mile when they didn't have to at all. It's never fun to spend money on household repairs but it's much easier giving that money to a company that does great work coupled with excellent service. I will only ever call Solar Flare for any future HVAC needs and recommend them to all friends and family in the future! I should also mention the price of our new furnace was affordable and easily 1k less than what we expected to spend. Thanks for the amazing work, Ron and Ben!
