Upset that no one is home now. Finally called me and I told them I will be back in 30 mins. They came inside and tried to tell me I needed all of these things. Told them I didn't need them and they said then we can't do the install. Ask the guy to leave and he did. The best part was he said it would take 6 hours to do the job and drain the old tank. Now I know why they are behind.

I ask him if he would check the water heater,because I had no hot water.. He said he would. Got back water went down, had to leave again to get rubber pipes blue ones. Took to he others off and told me there was no warranty on his work. When I talked about the water heater heater,Gabe told me I would have hot water in 45mins to an hour. That was not true I had none. Was charged for the work. Had to CALL back and told the lady at the desk I still had no hot water, even ask Gabe if he would wrap pipes. He had no tape. Two other workers came out and checked the water heater, replaced the thermostat and toilet flap . They told me I would have hot water in 45 mins to an hour. They told the truth. My concern was we with Gabe and the other worker. No warranty on the pipe work and they led me to believe they checked the water heater and didn't. Was charged for both days. Now have to be concern with the pipes, if I will have to get them replaced again .

On September 5, 2024 they asked some questions to purchase fittings and said they would have the quote the next day. After waiting, I asked about status on October 24, 2024. Response was "Who is this and price for what?" I told him and they said they thought they sent it and would get it right out. On November 7, 2024 I reached back out and asked about the quote again. They said they would have to come back out to look at everything again because it has been so long along with some other comments. I told them I was going to just do it myself at this point. I cannot comment on their work because I never got to that point. The people were nice but that does not help me with the reason I contacted them in the 1st place. I cannot say if this is a one-off or not but it is something that should be known. 10 weeks of my time wasted when I could have been looking for someone else to do the work.
