I trust Advantage Plumbing with everything--from my personal home to my businesses and rental properties. They are far more than just your average plumbing company. They've handled everything for me, from installing water purifiers and repairing main service lines to significant mechanical work like replacing HVAC units and fixing ductwork. What really sets them apart, though, is their dedication. They actually took the time to learn about a specialty HVAC system just to help me complete a specific project. That level of commitment to their customers is rare. Whether it's a standard repair or a complex, specialized task, they are responsive, professional, and always get the job done right. If you want a versatile, honest, and dependable team, I can't recommend Advantage Plumbing enough!

We had a cracked pipe from winter cold that connected to one of our outside spigots. Rob, knew the situation and what we were asking for (I use very laymen terms) gave a quote and kept that quote. He also was really good at responding to questions I had and we were able to plan the work a few weeks out very easily. Robert came a little late, but that was due to an emergency situation with a customer who had a busted pipe at the water meter. You gotta love a professional who cares about his customers, but other than that, he looked at the situation, went to the store to get what he needed and was done within 30 mins (it was very quick). We were really thankful that he also put in a shut off valve so we could turn off that pipe in the winter so it doesn't get cracked again. It really can't get much better, Rob's pricing was great, his communication was 1st class, his understanding and professionalism was all amazing and super helpful. The facet works great and there is no water leaking at all, the house was clean and now we have our outdoor faucet back. Highly Recommend RCB Plumbing, they would be hard to beat.

They misdiagnosed a problem and ended up rerouting our water main when that was not the issue. When we called to let them know the problem still persisted, they just told us to wait and see if it would eventually clear up. Later we got them to come out again, and the estimator was exceptionally rude. He cut me off every time I tried to explain the problem. He told us we just needed a snake, even though I told him we've had that done many times and the problem must be bigger. I told him we needed to get the situation resolved, regardless if it was covered under warranty or not. He just said it would be a lot of work and wouldn't give us any options other than a basic snake. He said they would be in touch with us to set it up. No one called until much later when reception contacted us wondering what ended up happening. I guess the estimator never told them. We contacted Korrect plumbing instead and they have been great. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave us our options and got to work as soon as they could. Once they got into the floor, we ended up discovering even bigger problems than we first thought. They were able to adapt and develop solutions. They never complained about anything being too much work!

Told them I didn't need them and they said then we can't do the install. Ask the guy to leave and he did. The best part was he said it would take 6 hours to do the job and drain the old tank. Now I know why they are behind.

He was honest, knowledgeable, communicative, and transparent every step of the way. As an out-of-state property owner, I especially appreciated how he kept me informed throughout the process, explained what needed to be done and why, and never pressured me into unnecessary work. After dealing with two other companies whose service left much to be desired, working with Davis was a breath of fresh air. He restored my confidence that there are still contractors who value integrity and customer service, unlike Service Experts and Integrity Plumbing & Drain. He completed the installation promptly, kept his word, and ensured my tenant had hot water restored as quickly as possible. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, ask for Davis at Roto-Rooter. His professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right are exactly what every homeowner hopes to find. Thank you, Davis, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. The Roto-Rooter representative who took my call and connected me with Davis was fantastic as well. Finally, the value, quality, timeliness, timer service, and professionalism far outpaced Service Experts and Integrity Plumbing & Drain.

We called the house warranty company and they put us in touch with this company. We scheduled a time for him to come out and he was unable to make it because he was sick. Second time there was a confusion about the realtors key box. Finally after three weeks of waiting he made it out and inspected the problem. He called me and confirmed the problem and said he would contact the warranty company and let us know. We called him a week later and asked him what the status was on the project. He told us he was waiting on information from the warranty company. I thought that was weird so I called the warranty company and they told me that he had not even contacted them yet. I asked the warranty company to contact him and I called nugent plumbing as well. Two days later I called him and he still had not made it out to the house. He told me he would be out that Friday (it was Wednesday). That Friday we called him again and he told us he had only received approval to do the work on Thursday and would not be out until Monday. We were trying to close on the house and I finally got fed up with being, IMO, lied to and jerked around. I called the warranty company and they pulled nugent off the job and put Swoosh plumbing in. In one day the problem was fixed. See my review of Swoosh and ask for Scott. He was awesome!
