It's pretty huge, but feels very compact. ***EXPERIENCE*** I don't do my main grocery shopping here, but when I want a high quality product or a specific organic item, this is my go-to. It's also one of my favorite places for grocery store sushi. I love that my prime membership gets me discounts on certain items. Their flower bouquets are always stunning and their other lunch selections are plentiful and tasty. They have a lot of seating for any meals you want to eat while you're there. I love how much variety they have here. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. ***PRICE*** We know Whole Foods isn't the cheapest place, but you're guaranteed to get quality products. ***BATHROOM*** There is an elevator or stairs to the clean restrooms upstairs (closer to the entrance). ***CONCLUSION*** So happy there is a Whole Foods not too far from me. It's great for lunch or food for home.

Do not tell me in this day and age that is not possible. That is a choice. That's a choice Amazon and Whole Foods is making to make the lives of their customers harder. I have a prime account. I check out my own items. I use the card you promote and have a digital receipt. Yall can laugh and hang up on me and say that isn't the way you do things. That's fine but I'll just got to Kroger then. Because of the way they do things. When there's choices treating people fairly instead of giving them the run around matters. Especially when your products are expensive. Maybe Whole Foods and Amazon will change their policies if enough of us say enough is enough. Probably not but it's worth adding five minutes to a 45 minutes saga of unsuccessfully getting a refund for moldy bread. As if there aren't enough reasons to cancel prime.

So, we decided to try Publix across the street. They have ample parking. It wasn't so crowded and they had everything nicely organized. The staff were friendly when we couldn't find things and the cashier was personable. I would go back here again. The only reason I gave it four stars is they did not have sunflower oil, which is something I think is pretty basic.

I walked out of this place googling how to report a place to the FDA…read more I LOVE Publix as a franchise and I hate that this location is destroying the Publix name. I went to get a Publix sub, I stood in line and noticed something moving in the corner we of my eye. I saw a few fly buzzing around in the bread pile (not a box that closes but just an open area where bread sits). I look and I see a couple of flies. I really wanted the sub though, I came all the way. I asked the lady behind the counter if there was any other bread they could use for the sandwich that was sealed and not open. I told her I saw flies in the bread. She did seem shocked there were flies. But when she shook the box so many more flies than I saw originally buzzed around. Very disgusting. She told me there was no other bread they could use. So I left. Not a great experience. I feel like Publix also sells packaged bread so I think the whole situation could have been handled better and they could have offered to use that. I wonder what happened after I left. There were people behind me in line. When I was leaving the lady was shouting to her coworkers that I saw flies in the bread but I heard nothing beyond that. There needs to be a safe way to store the bread. This system is not sanitary.

BYW, i am there nearly every day, i watch, i look, I drive a new gl 450, i am well dressed, and get treated like shit at this store. in my opinion i would think this store is run by the most racist angry people i have ever in my life encountered. and you wonder why it has two stars, that is an over rating, lowest rate store in Richmond, Corporate.. listen up, this is why. hello.. two stars i would close it , hire humans, not idiots

There's a large parking lot and the layout is similar to other grocery stores with produce, the bakery, etc. right when you walk in.
