I was in the market for a newer vehicle and started to look around. I've been to a handful of…read moredealerships before I stopped in at Piazza Acura of Reading. I was politely greeted by Keith Strahin, more in a casual friendly way, rather than in the "Here comes another salesman" way. I thought it would be like any of the other cars lots I was at, and just have a sales person follow me around and not give me any room to breathe, while giving the hard press for a sale. I was completely wrong with that assumption here. Keith was just the opposite, very friendly and completely knowledgeable about the vehicles that area sold by Piazza in Reading. And not just the typical information that I can read from a brochure or a website. He gave me the courtesy and professionalism that you hope every sales associate has, but you rarely find. He answered all my questions without hesitation, which shows his knowledge of the inventory on hand. Needless to say that this was my last stop and I didn't have the need or desire to go to another lot after this. I ended up purchasing my CR-V there and will recommend to anyone that is in the market for a new or a slightly used vehicle to go to Piazza Acura of Reading and to make sure to ask for Keith Strahin. He walked me through the whole process, making sure all my needs were met and made it a very smooth process. Thanks Keith Strahin and thanks Piazza Acura of Reading.

I do not know if I could trust this dealer. Here is my experience…read more I was looking at their website, I have a RDX now and was looking to upgrade to the newer model. Their site will not show prices, asks you to click for Price. At this point they want all of your contact info. Since I am very busy I do not want constant calls so I supplied only my email. I get an email from a Herby, "Mitch wants a new Acura" He wouldn't give pricing as I asked but wants my phone number to call me. I Emailed back that I am looking for the price of the one I click on from their website. Next I get another email, " Is there a better way to connect?" Herby now goes into how he was unsuccessful reaching me and wants my phone number again, could text me, facebook me, every option except giving me the actual price. He goes on to explain they want me to feel un-pressured and have an awesome feeling. At this point, all I feel is that they just want my number in their contacts so that they can call me non stop. They hide their prices, will not give you anything unless you give up all your info. I will be sticking to one of the many other dealers that when you look on their site, clearly show pricing right away.

I deducted a star because I did my homework on the web and found thousands? of people had the same problem with the Ford Edge vacuum booster failing so Ford had extended the factory warranty to cover it. It really should have been a recall and I put in a formal complaint on the government recall site. I had bought the extended warranty with the car and Masano said it was covered under my extended warranty along with the power steering belt so they charged me my $100.00 deductible. I questioned whether it would be less since the vacuum booster was covered by Ford and really the power steering belt was the only item that should be under my "extended warranty" and they said with parts and labor the belt would be over the $100.00 deductible. I do most of the car maintenance/ repair on my previous vehicles so i'm not really sure about that. Hence the star downgrade. All repairs were done. I am happy with the work done and it was done several months ago. I just took the car in for it's 25k service and was totally satisfied. I felt their charges were fair and quite resonable this time.

After not hearing anything, I called this dealership at 1030am. Spoke with "Ethan" who said he would call back in two minutes. Well 30 minutes go by with no call. I call again, he said there is a problem. He said there are two people in their system with the same name. I asked "there is two by name in the same town, with mobile service scheduled on the same day any time?" He said that is what they are trying to figure out. I asked " it takes three hours to figure it out? Why did no one call me?" No response. Click. First and last time using them. Will go to another Ford dealer with a better reputation and who respects my time. Horrible!!!!!

I honestly had to sit on this rating for a month. Honestly, as soon as I left this dealership, I…read moretold my boyfriend who I went there with, "as soon as I buy a car, not from here, I need to write a review because I feel so frustrated." Number one. Because this car was a little out of the way for me, I called two weeks in advance to see if the car had smoke damage. The lady at the front desk called me as soon as I reached out (that's fine, that's your job), but I was very firm that I could not make an appointment that weekend because I was out of town. The lady told me, "our used cars sell very quickly so we recommend that you come in right away." The car had been on the lot for 78 days at this point and I was not worried, and when I told her that, she paused and goes, "Oh." I told her not to call me, and that I'd call when I was ready. She called me the next day. I finally made an appointment for July 5th. Now while we had a set time and date, not only was the person who we were supposed to test drive with late, when he finally arrived, he passed us off to someone else. That's totally fine, it's busy, but you guys knew about my test drive for a whole week before hand - in fact, your front desk called me several times. The test drive was chill. Nothing felt bad about the car. At the mileage it was at, my four months of in depth research (I've been test driving the same car type over and over) I knew that it was about 700$ over what I was willing to pay for a car in this condition and mileage. When we got back to discuss the car and purchase, I asked for the service records and results of the inspection. They brought me the carfax. That's great, but not what I was looking for. They go back and bring me the service records. I ask if they have records to see the condition of the wheels, because I notice that one of the tires are significantly more worn down than the other three. They go look for the documents and then say that oh, because it's Saturday, the shop is closed and we don't know where the documents are. Reminder, we show up Saturday, around 10 AM... and the shop is open from 8 AM to 4 PM. Excuse me? Also, this whole time, I don't know if this because the salesman was nervous (although he straight up said he had 16 years of experience) but he kept talking to my boyfriend and not me. It's not like he was responding when the salesman was asking questions/responding. Finally, talking about price, I asked if the price was negotiable, to which the salesman said yes, within reason. I give him a number. He gets the manager. The manager sits down and says, "The price is not changing, this is as low as it's going to get." Mind you, this car has been on the lot for over 80 days at this point. I say thank you, and we go to leave and the manager stands up, "If you like this car why don't you get it?" And honestly I don't know what I said, it was some bs excuse, but the vibes were so bad at this point and I had a headache. Just as the cherry on top, their front office called me two times after to ask why I didn't buy the car, and if I had bought another car. They finally stopped calling after I told them to call me when they were ready to offer me a better deal. And guess what? That bottom line price wasn't the bottom line price. The price dropped another 600$ two weeks after I left.

Looked up some local dealerships and found this one. First of all the ladies there welcomed me pretty warmly, for a mom and pops shop it's friendly inviting and I felt like I've been a customer with them forever. Joy was my service writer and she was pretty knowledgeable and there was another lady there that was helpful when Joy wasn't there. They did a free courtesy check, o had some additional issues which I'm glad they found and had them serviced as well. While they arent necessarily the cheapest I felt confident in the work they've done so far and booke my next maintenance with them. Great all around service!!!

I did not need a diagnosis it was in for a simple distributor cap replacement rotor, and plug wires. They took it on their own to replace the spark plugs which they were replaced over a month ago and hit me with three labor charges, which that was a simple job and taken more than an hour to do. They took it on their own to do a diagnosis because I didn't listen charged me three labor charges and $792 later had to pay it I'm not happy. I hope people start looking at their from this place and pay attention. Also what they charge in parts is crazy. It is far more 30 to 50 places charged profit distributor cap and rotor should only cost around 30 bucks not over $100 sure places in business need to make a profit to survive they don't need to kill the public in profit and I feel for that simple job I got raped I also called a few other mechanics and they simply told me at the minimum $300 maximum $400 job. So pay attention to what you're doing and pay attention to your bills from this place because as I said three labor charges on job is for the birds.
