I stress salesmen, because this location does not employee female sales staff. When they did, the female employee could go alone with male or female customers. I asked to just go myself at that point and was refused. I have been getting my car serviced at this place for 18 years and I showed up in a 75k luxury car. I can pay cash for anything on the lot and I'm not a tire kicker. This was disappointing. It is illegal for car dealerships to discriminate against customers based on their gender. Denying or altering service for a test drive, or any other part of the sales process, because a customer is a woman is a violation of federal and state law. Edit- in response, I was told by the salesman that this policy was exclusively for females, not for everyone. Men can go with one person. Only women need to be accompanied by two members of their staff.

10/10 experience. HIGHLY recommend!…read more This was hands-down the smoothest, easiest car purchase I've ever made. Seriously--when's the last time you walked into a dealership and left without feeling like you needed a nap, a shower, and a financial advisor? Not here. The whole team at Miracle was friendly, helpful, and downright awesome from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Jake, Marc, Saadiq, Joe, and Randy--you guys made it feel less like buying a car and more like catching up with old friends (who also just happen to have great financing options). If you're thinking of buying or leasing anywhere else, do yourself a favor and check out Miracle first. You might actually enjoy the experience--wild, I know.

We pointed out an issue with the tires and he tried to tell us we were wrong...even though my husband is an ASE certified tech. Told us he would reach out on Monday and never did. We called and left messages but no return call. We were still interested at this point, so we called the sales manager asking for more information and a follow-up. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us. But again...crickets. No deals, no communication, nothing. My husband has worked for almost 2 decades at dealerships and was shocked at the lack of communication. We will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone. It was a waste of our time, even though we were very motivated to purchase.

I never had a dealer service department send me a video of the actual service work being done in real time. What a great idea! We recently bought a used CX-5 from this dealer. Great sales experience. After many many Jeeps we decided to go with Mazda due to very good reliability reports. Our last Grand Cherokee was terrible with ECM problems and Savage Jeep could not diagnose the problem but still charged us over $250 for 'no actual' service. We will never buy another Jeep. Shawna from Piazza service was wonderful. My wife (her car) took the CX-5 in for the complimentary free first service and she's very impressed. Mechanic so polite and respectful. She loves her CX-5!

Stay far away from this dealership. Piazza Mazda of Reading got my car into an accident while under…read moretheir care. I brought it in for them to fix a vibration problem. They charged me 2200 dollars and said it was fixed. It wasn't. When they took it back the second time, they got it into an accident. Yes, they repaired the damage caused by the accident, but we all know how the system works when you go to trade in your car: "There was an accident reported against the vehicle, so we had to lower the trade-in value." Well, Piazza Mazda of Reading wont even acknowledge this fact when I ask for some form of compensation for the diminished value. Further, they still never fixed the vibration issue. It is still there. So, not only did they devalue my vehicle but they charged me 2200 dollars for fixing a problem that is still there. And when I escalated the issue, no one wanted to be bothered. So, take this as a warning. STAY AWAY from the Mazda brand and especially Piazza Mazda of Reading. They don't care about their customers and when it matters most they aren't going to do more than the minimum. They will upsell you every time you take it in for service. They will overcharge for everything. If they get your car into an accident, they will shrug and say "it happens" (that was literally what I was told while talking to the dealership manager, as I inspected the damage done to my vehicle). They feel it is ok to not compensate the customer fully for the damage they cause (they just repair it and hope the customer goes away). This is a warning. Stay away. Go purchase a car from a different company that values their customers, because Piazza Mazda of Reading doesn't.

Their site will not show prices, asks you to click for Price. At this point they want all of your contact info. Since I am very busy I do not want constant calls so I supplied only my email. I get an email from a Herby, "Mitch wants a new Acura" He wouldn't give pricing as I asked but wants my phone number to call me. I Emailed back that I am looking for the price of the one I click on from their website. Next I get another email, " Is there a better way to connect?" Herby now goes into how he was unsuccessful reaching me and wants my phone number again, could text me, facebook me, every option except giving me the actual price. He goes on to explain they want me to feel un-pressured and have an awesome feeling. At this point, all I feel is that they just want my number in their contacts so that they can call me non stop. They hide their prices, will not give you anything unless you give up all your info. I will be sticking to one of the many other dealers that when you look on their site, clearly show pricing right away.

They explained that the wrong non-Toyota clamps had been used and were overtightened (My oversight). They needed to keep my car overnight (huge inconvienence) because they didn't have a hose in stock (Really?) They then installed a new hose for $133 and performed a coolant flush for $179. There was an unexplained coolant conditioner fee of $39. Then after paying $475, I went out to check the car and they had installed the new hose with the non-Toyota universal clamps! Apparently, the service writer didn't know that clamps had to be ordered separately. I am beyond frustrated with lack of communication between the service writer and the techs and for the excessive costs for minor service. All would have been OK if they had done the repair correctly, now I have to bring it back another time, or take it somewhere else to be fixed correctly. Bottom line, if you're not in warranty, find another place to take your car.
