I never had a dealer service department send me a video of the actual service work being done in real time. What a great idea! We recently bought a used CX-5 from this dealer. Great sales experience. After many many Jeeps we decided to go with Mazda due to very good reliability reports. Our last Grand Cherokee was terrible with ECM problems and Savage Jeep could not diagnose the problem but still charged us over $250 for 'no actual' service. We will never buy another Jeep. Shawna from Piazza service was wonderful. My wife (her car) took the CX-5 in for the complimentary free first service and she's very impressed. Mechanic so polite and respectful. She loves her CX-5!

They charged me 2200 dollars and said it was fixed. It wasn't. When they took it back the second time, they got it into an accident. Yes, they repaired the damage caused by the accident, but we all know how the system works when you go to trade in your car: "There was an accident reported against the vehicle, so we had to lower the trade-in value." Well, Piazza Mazda of Reading wont even acknowledge this fact when I ask for some form of compensation for the diminished value. Further, they still never fixed the vibration issue. It is still there. So, not only did they devalue my vehicle but they charged me 2200 dollars for fixing a problem that is still there. And when I escalated the issue, no one wanted to be bothered. So, take this as a warning. STAY AWAY from the Mazda brand and especially Piazza Mazda of Reading. They don't care about their customers and when it matters most they aren't going to do more than the minimum. They will upsell you every time you take it in for service. They will overcharge for everything. If they get your car into an accident, they will shrug and say "it happens" (that was literally what I was told while talking to the dealership manager, as I inspected the damage done to my vehicle). They feel it is ok to not compensate the customer fully for the damage they cause (they just repair it and hope the customer goes away). This is a warning. Stay away. Go purchase a car from a different company that values their customers, because Piazza Mazda of Reading doesn't.

Looked up some local dealerships and found this one. First of all the ladies there welcomed me pretty warmly, for a mom and pops shop it's friendly inviting and I felt like I've been a customer with them forever. Joy was my service writer and she was pretty knowledgeable and there was another lady there that was helpful when Joy wasn't there. They did a free courtesy check, o had some additional issues which I'm glad they found and had them serviced as well. While they arent necessarily the cheapest I felt confident in the work they've done so far and booke my next maintenance with them. Great all around service!!!

They took it on their own to replace the spark plugs which they were replaced over a month ago and hit me with three labor charges, which that was a simple job and taken more than an hour to do. They took it on their own to do a diagnosis because I didn't listen charged me three labor charges and $792 later had to pay it I'm not happy. I hope people start looking at their from this place and pay attention. Also what they charge in parts is crazy. It is far more 30 to 50 places charged profit distributor cap and rotor should only cost around 30 bucks not over $100 sure places in business need to make a profit to survive they don't need to kill the public in profit and I feel for that simple job I got raped I also called a few other mechanics and they simply told me at the minimum $300 maximum $400 job. So pay attention to what you're doing and pay attention to your bills from this place because as I said three labor charges on job is for the birds.

Cooper & Son was one of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had. After approximately three months of dealing with this situation and spending nearly $3,000 beyond what I anticipated, I feel compelled to share my experience and warn other potential buyers. The customer service was terrible from the beginning. When I first went to look at the car, Nathan appeared to be in a hurry and was not prepared to complete the sale. He showed me underneath the vehicle and pointed out that it was wet. He also showed me the wheel fender liners and engine splash guard that had been left by the previous owner, which I would need to install. There were several other issues with the car, but I wanted it badly enough that I returned the following day. That second visit was even worse. Nathan treated me in a condescending and suspicious manner, asking questions such as whether I had insurance and whether I was capable of driving the vehicle. The way he spoke to me made me feel as though he suspected I was going to steal the car rather than purchase it. As a Black customer, I could not help but question whether I would have been treated the same way if I were Caucasian. I cannot speak to his intentions, but the treatment I received was deeply offensive and unacceptable. The condition of the vehicle has cost me significantly. Since purchasing the car, I have had to spend approximately $1,500 replacing the rack and pinion because it was faulty. What had initially been presented as a wet area turned out to be a serious mechanical problem. The front bumper was also damaged, and the interior headliner was in terrible condition. I acknowledge that some cosmetic issues were visible when I inspected the car, and I accept responsibility for deciding to purchase it. However, the rack-and-pinion problem was a major expense that I had not anticipated. I offered a price of $6,000 because I recognized that the vehicle had issues and would require additional work. When I made my offer, Nathan claimed he needed to contact the owner for approval. After apparently being unable to reach him, he contacted the owner's wife, who reportedly said the owner was out playing golf. Nathan then acted as though he could not make a decision because the car was merely on his lot and he was not the actual seller. The entire process felt evasive and unnecessarily complicated. Even the title process was uncomfortable. Nathan accompanied me to handle the title paperwork, and the way he discussed the situation with other customers made me uncomfortable. I felt as though he was concerned about making sure I did not leave rather than simply helping me complete the transaction. My experience at the office handling the paperwork was also unpleasant, with interactions that felt unnecessarily cold and questioning. Taken together, these experiences left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I cannot speak for anyone else's experience, but this was mine. My advice to other buyers: Be extremely cautious. I wanted this car badly, and I made the decision to buy it despite its visible flaws. I own that decision. But between the mechanical repairs, the body damage, and the condition of the interior, I am now approximately $3,000 into additional costs and repairs. Had I known how this entire experience would unfold, I would have walked away and purchased a vehicle elsewhere. I would not purchase another vehicle from R.H. I could see the sharks inside - eyeing me up. They were just waiting for me to stop so they could attack. I left. Cruising down Lancaster Avenue I saw John's Great Cars. I have heard their radio ads for a long time and drove onto the lot. Salesman Jim was in the lot and smiled and waved. He didn't rush us as most dealers do. He came over and asked what I was looking for and pointed our two options. I immediately loved the one. I asked for the lowest price and what they offered was fair and a great deal. Everyone in the process was laid back, honest and amazing. They couldn't have been nicer. John was outside washing cars. While the owner of a used car lot in Reading isn't on the same social strata as a king or president of a country it was nice to see that the owner was humble and a working man. Why would I put Nissan blades on to replace Nissan blades that failed? Should have been a warranty item but Moyer would not cover it. With other Nissan dealers in the area, I am done with Moyer. Even after an email with the President of the dealership, his response was one that does not foster a long term customer relationship. I am taking my service dollars to another Nissan dealership, hopefully they will value repeat customer base.
