When you complain about it they give you a long winded response as to how much more it is going to take in $ and labor to fix. Self owned shop so no accountability when you complain. They shrug it off. I brought my truck in with a new fuel pump, for other issues, they were adamant the new fuel pump was bad and made me pay for another. Truck still drives the same, no better, $2000 bucks later. Took again for horn not working, steering issues, and fuel gauge not working. They told me they fixed all, without calling me to approve price firsf. Worst thing of it was that only the horn was fixed. All else.remained broken. They refused to fix issues and gave me only $150 back as an apology for lack of communication and for telling me that they fixed all when they didn't. One should pay for what they say they fixed. My invoice shows all fixed and they never communicated with me about anything they couldn't fix.Kept saying due to truck is old. Shady for sure. ONLY HORN WAS FIXED FOR $438 and an alignment that still made the vehicle drive same as before . ONLY REFUNDED $150.

I took my Mercedes here for inspection and specifically because it needed a service that was…read morecoming up on the dashboard. I mentioned numerous times about an oil change , when I called when I dropped it off. The day I dropped it off they were closed at the time that they were supposed to be open and I had to turn around and come home and call to find out when they would be opening up. I did get my car in that day for what I thought was going to be an inspection and oil change along with anything else that the service required. I heard nothing from them all day so right before closing I had to call to see if my car was ready. They said it would be however when I got there, they were still working on it. I found out that they never did the oil change because they did not know what the service number on the dashboard meant and had to look it up and would do that the next day and call me, which they never did! Being that they specialize in foreign vehicles, they should know or have the capability of looking up what the codes mean. I was even told that they were sure it did NOT include an oil change. Regardless of whether that service did, I specifically wanted an oil change. I looked up the code when I got home only to find out that it should have indeed had an oil change. I did not drive my car for a few days after getting it home and parking it in my garage. When I pulled my car out of the garage I noticed scrapes below BOTH front doors!! Since I had not noticed it for a few days, I did not say anything to them because I am sure they will deny causing the scrapes, but have no doubt they did. When I did go to pick up my car, they left me standing in the waiting area for a very long time with the kids who kept repeating that, maybe they should go get their mother who was in the garage. That was nice of the kids to be concerned because the mother and owner was aware that I was there since they saw me come in but didn't have the courtesy to acknowledge me and let me know they were still working on my car, which I think was rushed. This is the second time I used this repair shop. The first time it was more of an emergency due to a dead battery and had my car towed there. Everything was fine that time except that while I was standing in the waiting room yet again for an extended period of time , I could barely handle the smell of marijuana. Needless to say, I would not recommend this repair shop.
