I called Lee Myles, and Brad took the time to explain to me all the issues that failed inspection. As they work on your car, you get emails with updates showing pictures of what they're finding during inspection and working on, which really helped me (a 25-year-old female) ensure that I wasn't getting scammed. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for honest people to tell you the facts and get your car fixed for cheap. Charlton messaged me back within 15 minutes. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.
