The company continues to say that the driver "thought" the Manheim Township police requested the tow. After investigating the incident, a police representative said not only didn't they request this tow, they NEVER request a tow from a handicap spot. If there is a violation, they ticket the vehicle. King's Towing has demonstrated that they are just one of the many tow companies that give the industry a bad name.

I discovered them because I had taken my car to a nearby national tire dealer to have a tire repaired (staple in the side) but was told it was not repairable but they would sell me a set of tires. I happened to see D-M Tire Supply and the tire was repairable -for a mere $10 (perhaps the reason the national tire dealer wanted me to believe a new set of tires was my only option). With them missing or forgetting to do what we needed. Their resolution is "we will get that next time." Not just once or twice. At least the last 5 visits. Most recently we had a car inspection. Needed an oil change but they didn't notice, and didn't offer. Decided to take that car to dealership who happens to be on the same block as Daddario but much easier to get in and out of, plus the dealership is open on Saturdays. Anyway, we go in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed a hole in the tire. A dangerous hole that could cause a blow out on the highway. How did Daddario miss this in inspection? The car had recently hit a bad pothole in neighborhood, left behind by utility company. The inspection was immediately after that incident. I feel like Daddario is in too much of a rush or their mechanics are lazy. They've lost our business. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1, is because the guys on the phone and at the desk are friendly. But, yet no accountability for missing and forgetting things.

TERRIBLE!!! To say I'm disappointed in the service at Tires…read morePlus is an understatement. I made an appointment online and dropped my car off on Dec 22. I received a call on Dec. 23 to say the person that needed to look at the car was not back in the shop until Jan 3/4. The car was not drivable so I left it at Tires Plus (Lancaster). I had 2 missed calls on Dec 28 from a number I didn't know and not the Tires Plus number on their website but no message was left and no one called back.I called on Jan 5 since I hadn't heard anything and Shawn told me that they've been trying to reach me. Again, no messages were left or emails sent. We went back and forth a little about the lack of communication and he proceeded to tell me that the drive shaft was bad and needed to be replaced. Cost was $1700. I applied for a Tires Plus CC over the phone since it's 6 months no interest and 10% off when you use their CC.I picked the car up on Jan 9, drove it home and dropped it back off the same evening because the issue was not fixed. I called the next morning as soon as they opened and it took 3 tries until someone answered. Jairo told me that they would take a look at the car ASAP and let me know. Jairo called that afternoon to tell me that he had his master technician look at the car this time and  the issue was the front shift differential. However, the drive shaft that was replaced the first time, was bad. I'm not sure if the drive shaft was bad or not. The cost to replace the front shift differential was $2400. Since they replaced the drive shaft and it wasn't the issue, they gave me credit for $1700 towards the shift differential but I still had to pay $800 as the difference. I should not have had to pay anything additional since they did not fix the issue the first time.  According to their website, they have The Tires Plus Guarantee: We promise that the services we perform will be fixed right the first time. If the automotive repair or service was performed improperly, then we will re-perform the service at no additional charge to you, during the established warranty period. Reading the guarantee tells me that I should not have had to pay an additional $800 since they didn't fix the issue the first time. Needless to say, I will not be taking any of my vehicles to Tires Plus in the future and would not recommend them to anyone.

Verdict: Lucky if you live nearby. Make the drive if you don't. You'll be glad you did…read more This local family owned shop runs entirely on the quality of their service and word of mouth. They're great people, they do great work, and they deserve a superb review and rating. The team at C&W went out of their way to fit me in when I needed an annual inspection. (Fun fact: PA gives you precious little time to get that done after moving to the state.) Hearing from multiple sources, I see that C&W comes through for a lot of people in the Lancaster community. When this family isn't bailing me and others out of an automotive jam, they might be out helping to fight an actual fire. Seriously fantastic people that have my gratitude. I walked in and they didn't even look at my car and told me what was wrong. I took my car into the garage and they told me my wheels were inwards and said on all four corners that I needed shock and struts all the way around. I then got prompted with my bill and it was over $1000. All I needed were tires. I took it to my local guy, put it on the lift and showed me how good condition my suspension was in. All I was charged was for the inspection from my guy. Please don't go here unless you know you only need some cheap tires, nothing else, I wouldn't even get your tires mounted here, seriously get a second opinion, these shops are scamming everyone nowadays.
