The supervisor, Ed, insisted my mother had to physically be in the parking lot for the service -- even after I explained she had just been released from the hospital the day before after major surgery and couldn't get out of bed. When I offered to bring her down in a wheelchair just to meet their requirement, he then refused service entirely because I would be the one driving the car after the jump. My mother even got on the phone herself, crying and asking for help, and he still refused. It was one of the most heartless customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Absolutely unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere.

The most recent was today, I thought I had a dead battery due to the extreme cold. The driver immediately correctly diagnosed it as a frozen fuel line, gave me a quick fix and then suggested an inexpensive long term fix. He also checked my battery, which had some life left, but was almost 5 years old. He quoted me a fantastic price for a new one and replaced it on the spot. The entire time I felt comfortable and he was upfront, no hard selling on the battery at all. I 100% recommend!
