Never, ever, ever in my wildest dreams did I imagine anyone could PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) this dent out of the door from my Audi Q7, but Berks Auto Collision Center did! Look at the unretouched pictures and judge for yourself. Do these guys know what they're doing? Damn straight Skippy! Joshua Gilmour handled the entire repair start to finish. Josh has excellent communication skills and exceptional industry knowledge. Of course I understand they use an oudstide vendor, all body shops do. Josh had his professional on the phone while I was sitting at his desk. They reviewed my pics together and discussed process and price. We agreed on a scheduled repair date and Josh stayed. in touch throughout the day to update me on progress. When I was dropped off I saw my door from about 75 feet away and knew instantly they NAILED IT! Up close you can barely tell where the work was done unless you are looking for it. No insurance, no rental car, no hassle. Without question I wholeheartedly recommend Berks Auto Collision Center for any repair, minor or major.

The most recent was today, I thought I had a dead battery due to the extreme cold. The driver immediately correctly diagnosed it as a frozen fuel line, gave me a quick fix and then suggested an inexpensive long term fix. He also checked my battery, which had some life left, but was almost 5 years old. He quoted me a fantastic price for a new one and replaced it on the spot. The entire time I felt comfortable and he was upfront, no hard selling on the battery at all. I 100% recommend!

Paploskys used to be a great place when Karen was working there. She was the type of person that…read morealways had a smile on her face with a positive attitude even when it seemed like she was having a bad day. Karen was really good at her Job and one of the things that I commend her for is there would be times where she would be committed with one task and then she would get assigned another next task and the next task and unfortunately I've never once seen her get recognized for the hard work that she had done at that place. Not to mention she was always up front with her customers and that embolizes a good Customer Service Rep. Besides with her knowledge and wisdom as a CSR. Karen really changed that place around from how it used to be to where it's at today and that is all thanks to her as that place had become much busier and stuff was actually getting done. Now the fact that the owner decided to get rid of her for a lazy mechanic that likes to pick and choose what jobs he wants to do and complains about everything under the sun and has a short fuse towards colleagues and customers and should've gotten fired multiple times for insubordination towards the Owner. Also given the lack of work ethnicity that he demonstrates is a prime example of the lack of management that place has. Besides I really wish that there were more people like Karen Lape in this world who are passionate about the job and aren't in it for the politics and knows how to put her ego aside rather than towards the customers. That's exactly why I think Karen has a bright future ahead of her unlike Paploskys as I intend to not do business there moving forward and I encourage others to do the same as well.

I am also disabled and without my vehicle I have no way to transport my mobility scooter. No rental place has this capability either when renting a vehicle to attach my rack for the mobility scooter. I found myself house bound and although I could drive I was unable to walk distance so I was also car bound. Anyone who has been diagnosed with clinical depression, knows isolation is not ideal. I worked with Mike at LTM and voiced my concerns. He listened and I truly felt heard. I was so pleased and grateful when they were able to fix my 4Runner within 15 business days from time of crash. I was so impressed with their willingness to help me get back on the road with my vehicle so I was no longer house bound. My vehicle was also washed along with the inside wiped down. I barely recognized my own vehicle when I pulled in to pick it up. Thank you to all who jumped through the hoops you all did to get me back to functioning outside of my home. Thank you for listening to my concerns and acting on them. It truly is appreciated! I hope I never need to use your services again, but if I do, I would return for sure. Thank you!
