They are very straight to the point. Which is what I like. You know that they aren't going to blow smoke up your butt. A lot of people get their feelings hurt with people like this, but it is business, and there is no emotion in business. I was extremely happy with the work they did, as well as the communication they gave me. Some people nowadays just need to learn to be patient to be called back. I would gladly give them my business anytime. They also recommended somebody to do the work they couldn't and I appreciated that as well. They also have a key drop, which is very helpful. Great people! Great service! Great value! I will see you guys next time.

I only realized it at 5:30PM, and called them. They were about to close but stayed late for me to come get my car and even gave me a discount because I live so close. The repair looks fantastic you'd never know there was damage there at all. Garry was who I worked with, and he was great very personable, thorough, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They had my car for about a week and a half, and while it did take an extra day, it was because they needed to bring someone in to properly recalibrate the blind spot sensors after the repair. I appreciated that they took the time to do it right instead of rushing it out the door. Before choosing a shop, I asked around on Facebook, and Yancey's was the only place that got consistent, all positive feedback and now I get why. Highly recommend. If I ever need body work again (hopefully not anytime soon), this is exactly where I'll go.

The other short thinner guy who put the automobile on the truck should be fired for rudeness! Triple AAA definitely should NOT use them! They never called to tell us when the car was ready...nor when they could tow us back home!!!! Very poor communication! Never, ever, ever in my wildest dreams did I imagine anyone could PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) this dent out of the door from my Audi Q7, but Berks Auto Collision Center did! Look at the unretouched pictures and judge for yourself. Do these guys know what they're doing? Damn straight Skippy! Joshua Gilmour handled the entire repair start to finish. Josh has excellent communication skills and exceptional industry knowledge. Of course I understand they use an oudstide vendor, all body shops do. Josh had his professional on the phone while I was sitting at his desk. They reviewed my pics together and discussed process and price. We agreed on a scheduled repair date and Josh stayed. in touch throughout the day to update me on progress. When I was dropped off I saw my door from about 75 feet away and knew instantly they NAILED IT! Up close you can barely tell where the work was done unless you are looking for it. No insurance, no rental car, no hassle. Without question I wholeheartedly recommend Berks Auto Collision Center for any repair, minor or major.

I drove very slow last few miles to the track. My pit crew at the track looked it over and said no way is that safe to drive at highway speeds. (I live 65 miles from Big Diamond Minersville). I left the van outside the pits gate at midnight after our race. I got a ride back home in the race car transporter. I got home just in time to take care of some personal issues. So it is now 1:30 AM and I proceeded to call AAA & told them my "extenuating circumstances" AAA was a pain to deal with and would not tow because I was not there. What a pile of malarkey that AAA people are. So I then just told them to call the tow company (Northern Keystone Towing And Recovery) and have them call me. Andrew from the tow company called me and verified who I am and the owner of said vehicle, where it's at and all the documentation and keys. My special van was picked up immediately within an hour and securely taken care of and delivered to Coopersburg (our own repair shop). Thank You Andrew of Northern Keystone Towing And Recovery
