The driver immediately correctly diagnosed it as a frozen fuel line, gave me a quick fix and then suggested an inexpensive long term fix. He also checked my battery, which had some life left, but was almost 5 years old. He quoted me a fantastic price for a new one and replaced it on the spot. The entire time I felt comfortable and he was upfront, no hard selling on the battery at all. I 100% recommend!

I was prepared for a large towing charge since triple AAA only provides 5 miles free towing and I wanted the car to go to "my" mechanic, not just the nearest garage. Long-story-short, Ryan of Catch Towing, diagnosed the problem and fixed the car right in the parking lot! I so very much appreciate his knowledge in being able to diagnose the problem and his ability to fix it but even more than that, I am so thankful that he is an honest man of integrity. First, when I went to pick up my car, I planned on paying my $1000 deductible with a debit card...they charge a 5% fee to use a card (which I know is more than what the card companies charge them). So I had to pay an extra $50 because they didn't tell me ahead of time that they only take checks or cash. After the woman told me their policy, her only response was to tell me, "Well, that sucks!" After I got my car, I noticed that the front end didn't seemed to aligned very well. The hood was replaced, and where it meets the bumper it was obviously misaligned. The front spoiler on the passenger side of the car was also noticeably loose, and a piece near the windshield wipers was also not glued down properly. To top it off, after about a week of driving, I began to notice that the paint on front spoiler on the driver's side was flaking! I took the car back to show them this, and the first words out of the owner's mouth were, "Well I have no idea how the f*** that could have happened!" I have an appointment there in a few weeks to get all of the above fixed, but i am not holding my breath. The worst part is that I am not allowed to take it anywhere else or my insurance will not cover the second repair. I am beyond disgusted with this establishment, and I do not recommend it to anyone! Even if your car is towed there, have it taken to another auto body!
