Custom Build. 540i X-drive.

I would give BMW of Reading 6 stars if I could. Finance: The best part of my experience, bar none. Angie Dietrich is SPECTACULAR. I was coming in from out of state to pickup the car. Angie was SUPER easy to work with and very organized. She told me exactly what she needed from me, set expectations and met the expectations. Did not try any sleezy Stealership-type tactics (i.e. fear mongering), no upselling me, just gave it to me straight and provided info so that I could make an informed decision as opposed to trying to make the decision for me. However, perhaps the best part was when I had to use my rim and tire insurance 7 months later and couldn't find my contract. I called, left a voicemail and moments later received an email with the contract and an apology that she was on a Zoom call but heard my voicemail and wanted to get my contract out to me ASAP. WOW! Rockstar! Note: Don't take my word for it, just do a Ctrl F for "Angie", it's a recurring theme. MVP of BMW of Reading? Delivery: Super smooth Price: The best Staff: Super helpful and friendly Satisfaction Level: Through the Roof! Conclusion: I am from Long Island and I would buy a car from them again in a heartbeat and enjoy the drive home. . . Hopefully it's an M550i or M5. . . :)

Great car buying experience. Dealing with Ethan and Angie was a pleasure. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. Not pushy on extra products. Highly recommend doing business with them. That's coming from someone 2 hrs away. My local BMW dealerships are snobs.

I got a GREAT price on my car and extended warrantee. Dave was spectacular and understood all my needs. Angie in financing was a dream! She explained everything clearly! No greasy slim-ball salesman here! The whole process was VERY different from the last time I bought a car at another dealership. No funny business at BMW of Reading. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing a car here.

take a look do you want to buy a car with this?

Purchased used car from dealer 2011 pathfinder with a warranty from Jay Simon. Had a rattle sound and took it to Nissian for repair after 3 months of owning car. The dealer informed me that the drive train , suspention , exhaust and engine compartment was completely rusted out and the warranty would not cover abything. The suggested i get ride of car they would not work on it. After contacting dealer and Jay the suggested I see what legal recourse I have. I basically have a rust bucket that is potentially dangerous to drive. Would not purchase anything from them they trick and deceave consumers Here is an update: 10/13/2017 I have contact dealer multiple times. I have emailed Jay Simmons and still have not gotten any help. Now they are telling me its only surface rust, I purchased and extended warranty and Nissan who has documented the rust and problem will not warranty it or work on it. Here are the contact emails to all the people at the dealer please email them and put fraud in subject line. You take a look at the pictures that Nissan took and tell them if you would buy a car from them? I took my car in to service 2 problems. First, the vacuum brake booster was bad and I had almost…read morehit someone backing out of my driveway and second, the power steering was making horrible noise in the below freezing weather. I deducted a star because I did my homework on the web and found thousands? of people had the same problem with the Ford Edge vacuum booster failing so Ford had extended the factory warranty to cover it. It really should have been a recall and I put in a formal complaint on the government recall site. I had bought the extended warranty with the car and Masano said it was covered under my extended warranty along with the power steering belt so they charged me my $100.00 deductible. I questioned whether it would be less since the vacuum booster was covered by Ford and really the power steering belt was the only item that should be under my "extended warranty" and they said with parts and labor the belt would be over the $100.00 deductible. I do most of the car maintenance/ repair on my previous vehicles so i'm not really sure about that. Hence the star downgrade. All repairs were done. I am happy with the work done and it was done several months ago. I just took the car in for it's 25k service and was totally satisfied. I felt their charges were fair and quite resonable this time.

Over a week ago I scheduled an appt for a recall to my Ford. This dealership offered me mobile…read moreservice for my home. Tech was to arrive around 8am, but will call with time. After not hearing anything, I called this dealership at 1030am. Spoke with "Ethan" who said he would call back in two minutes. Well 30 minutes go by with no call. I call again, he said there is a problem. He said there are two people in their system with the same name. I asked "there is two by name in the same town, with mobile service scheduled on the same day any time?" He said that is what they are trying to figure out. I asked " it takes three hours to figure it out? Why did no one call me?" No response. Click. First and last time using them. Will go to another Ford dealer with a better reputation and who respects my time. Horrible!!!!!

Great shop. I normally get my vehicle (Audi A7 S-Line) serviced at my local Audi dealership, and I…read moreservice pretty regularly, but I've recently felt like the prices for service are pretty high. Looked up some local dealerships and found this one. First of all the ladies there welcomed me pretty warmly, for a mom and pops shop it's friendly inviting and I felt like I've been a customer with them forever. Joy was my service writer and she was pretty knowledgeable and there was another lady there that was helpful when Joy wasn't there. They did a free courtesy check, o had some additional issues which I'm glad they found and had them serviced as well. While they arent necessarily the cheapest I felt confident in the work they've done so far and booke my next maintenance with them. Great all around service!!!

First, they did not follow instructions when I initially called and when I dropped off the vehicle…read morefirst thing in the morning and filled out the envelope and drop the keys in the mail slot. I did not need a diagnosis it was in for a simple distributor cap replacement rotor, and plug wires. They took it on their own to replace the spark plugs which they were replaced over a month ago and hit me with three labor charges, which that was a simple job and taken more than an hour to do. They took it on their own to do a diagnosis because I didn't listen charged me three labor charges and $792 later had to pay it I'm not happy. I hope people start looking at their from this place and pay attention. Also what they charge in parts is crazy. It is far more 30 to 50 places charged profit distributor cap and rotor should only cost around 30 bucks not over $100 sure places in business need to make a profit to survive they don't need to kill the public in profit and I feel for that simple job I got raped I also called a few other mechanics and they simply told me at the minimum $300 maximum $400 job. So pay attention to what you're doing and pay attention to your bills from this place because as I said three labor charges on job is for the birds.
