Thank you Lexus of Chester Springs and Mr. Adam's for ultimately standing behind your used car sale and making things right by fixing the TPMS light (replacing sensor) and the check engine light (replacing O2 sensor) at a very reasonable agreed upon out of pocket expense to me and going above and beyond. It would have been five stars if it was handled this way from the beginning but now I feel much better about this purchase. Prayerfully all is well now. -------------------------------------------- REVIEW UPDATE.... I did reach out to the Lexus dealership as advised in their response to my review. I was able to make an appointment to have my car diagnosed free of charge to me, thank you Jesus. I was advised when it was determined what was wrong with the car it would be presented to sales manager to see if they would cover the costs. So here we go with the results: First issue, TPMS light, I'm now being told it is another sensor that went bad and they will replace that free of charge to me. Second issue, the check engine light, ,which first came on initially three months after I purchased the vehicle, is more than likely the O2 sensor (their not 100 percent sure that's the only reason but the O2 sensor has to be replaced first to determine if that's the only reason, but more than likely that's the only reason) this would cost over $700 replace. They will not cover that cost of the O2 sensor because I did not purchase a warranty when I brought the vehicle. This is probably my fault because I was naive thinking everything would be fine because I was at a reputable dealership. I am still left feeling unsatisfied with this whole purchase experience. ---------------------------------------- I just want to start off by saying, yes I understand on September 24,2025, I brought a used car (2013 Lexus ES350, one owner, approximately 52,000 miles) BUT I thought I could have a peace of mind about the purchase because I believed I was purchasing from a reputable dealership. With that being said, this purchase has felt like a bad one. Less than two weeks after purchasing the vehicle the TPMS light came on. Took it back to the dealership and they said it was a sensor and that I had to pay over $500. I told them that I recently purchased the vehicle. They said that I needed to reach out to my sales person to have the cost overridden. My thoughts were aren't you in the same building and you both work for the same company, can't you get the approval? Ok, so it was approved. Then less than two weeks after that the light is on AGAIN. This time they tell me "well it is a used car and after 10 years the sensors usually go bad so it may be another sensor and that wouldn't be covered by us. They do a diagnostic check and say they didn't find anything but they have to dive deeper into the problem and I would need to pay to have further diagnostic. So I picked up my vehicle and left still with the same issue with the TPMS light coming on,then going off for about a day, and then coming back on. Two months ago the check engine light comes on but goes out. Two days ago the check engine light comes on again but this time it's not going out. I am dreading to go back for service to hear what's wrong and that I have to pay because I purchased a used car. This whole experience of purchasing this vehicle from here has been a huge headache. I've purchased several used vehicles and never had these many issues/ dashboard lights come on in the first 6 months.

As I began explaining my situation to the woman at the desk, a man standing next to her abruptly interrupted me. Without letting me finish a sentence, he began talking about "security" and "safety," stated they don't print documents, and then told me to leave--purely because he did not want to help. No attempt to listen, no courtesy, no professionalism. What stood out wasn't the refusal--it was the attitude. It was very clear that because I wasn't there to buy a car, I wasn't worth basic human decency. Anyone who's ever bought a vehicle knows dealerships have no issue printing pay stubs, bank statements, or paperwork when money is involved. The double standard was obvious. I left calmly and with my head held high, but genuinely disappointed. This dealership presents itself well online, but in person, if you're not immediately profitable to them, you're treated as an inconvenience rather than a person. Spend your money accordingly.

I traded in a GM lease early to get into a new vehicle, a typical pull-ahead trade, and we discussed getting my remaining final payments covered during the deal. Because it was a weekend, the staff claimed they couldn't get in touch with GM Financial to confirm how to handle it and told me to follow up. Here is where the entire process fell apart: * GM Financial stated to me that the dealership handles lease pull-ahead payments. However, two months after driving off the lot, I was hit with a final $1,500+ invoice from the financial institution. * When I brought this bill to my salesman, the runaround and confusion began. I received text messages with conflicting info, including claims that management "had never heard of such a thing" and that they were trying to contact a corporate rep. * After weeks of getting nothing but empty reassurances via text, I escalated the issue directly to the General Manager and the Owner. The GM explicitly promised he would look into it and call me back by the following week. He never called. A follow-up call to the receptionist (who assured me he would call right back) went completely ignored. Now, I am stuck holding a major bill because this dealership refuses to answer emails, return phone calls, or help clear up the confusion caused by their own staff. Recently, my son purchased a 1995 Chevrolet 1500 pickup from this business. I could not be more happy with the service be received. JSI staff worked very hard to bring the truck up to our expectation. They put a lot of time, effort and money into fixing it right. The truck ran rough the first time we drove it and stalled on acceleration. These guys dig deep and figured out the cause of the problem. I know they had to lift the bed to get into the fuel tank and replace the fuel pump. They did a lot of other work to the motor. They even found a rusted brake line during inspection and fixed it. They could have easily passed it off and let it become our problem later. These guys told me that they take their reputation seriously and that vehicles leaving their lot have to be right. I could tell they took pride and integrity in their job. They were very accommodating of my busy schedule and they helped my son learn some things about car buying. Overall, this was a top notch buying experience!. I highly recommend them. The shop was busy too, the entire time I was there. Don't let the simplistic look and the run down appearance of their real estate fool you. These guys have their heads under cars all day long. They can do things I can't!

It turned out that the thermostat was bad, and they had one in stock. I was back on the road in under an hour and the bill was less than I anticipated.
