Now one thing I think is super tacky is the fact that I paid online and through that process I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. When I came to pick up, the person at the window handed me the credit card service again to answer if I wanted to leave a tip, and I felt pressured to do so. The food was significantly worse than I remembered it. Truly a digiorno and frozen nuggets would have been better. The pepperoni was petrified, they just put the sauce in the boneless wing container followed by the boneless wings and didn't even shake it. They literally couldn't have done less if they tried. Sorely disappointed, and not planning to return.

When I placed my order through Grub Hub for the Danny's Burger, Garlic and Herb Fries and a Side Salad, Grub Hub gave us the run around, saying they had a driver or it was on its way, when 2.5 hours later, neither was true. This is where The Burger Bar shined, as not only were they in constant contact with me, but they continued to try and get things straightened out with Grub Hub for me. They even called to let me know that they threw out the initial order and would make an order to go as soon as the driver arrived. Around the 2-hour mark of waiting and being disappointed, I called Wegmans and told them that they should just cancel my order because Grub Hub was being sorely unreliable. I then said how disappointed I was, as I was so hungry and looking forward to the food. The gentleman on the phone then confirmed that I still had wanted the order, and when I said I would have loved it even still, he said "I'll make it now and drive it out to you myself." WHAAAAT?! That's exactly what happened, and the food was fresh and hot when it arrived!! I even offered him a tip, and he politely refused and said he just wanted to make a customer happy. The food was, of course, delicious, and I have ordered here a few times since (fortunately Grub Hub got better after that initial experience), but it's the Customer Service that really made this experience a 5 star!! UPDATE 12/9/19: If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I sent in a request to have a burger made plain, and explained that it was an order for my dog, who was to be put to sleep a few hours later. I explained that I understood it was a weird request, but was very thankful if they could do it. They not only delivered the request, but when I opened the bag, I saw they had included an extra burger patty and a pint of vanilla ice cream for him. I've never seen my dog eat anything down like he did this. He had the best last meal of his life, and a million thank you's to you all here for not only making Benny happy in his last moments, but truly touching my heart and making me happy as well. Forever a loyal customer to not only Wegmans, but to Wegmans in Dewitt and The Burger Bar. They gave a glimmer of sunshine to me on an otherwise dark day.

French fries are good and crispy. They always provide more than enough ketchup. Folks at pick-up counter are always friendly and helpful. This is one of the difficulties in giving a single score as it often depends on what you're doing/buying. For Wegmans Order-To-Go I'd give 4 stars, 5 recently, although in the past I had trouble with their drive-up(that might have improved since). As for their counter service I'd give 2 stars. Last time we tried it, there was only one person in front of us, but still took around 5-10 minutes to place an order as there was only one person behind the counter but she was busy making milk shakes and drawing beer then trying to wait on customers in between. Of course I did not complain to her as it is not Her fault (rarely is- only lazy people take things like this out on the hourly employees). The fountain is gone so you have to bring a drink with you from the market. Otherwise tables are usually clean and conformable as are the bathroom facilities + there is a family/unisex bathroom(but only one in each area).
