We were seated right away and brought much needed coffee. We placed our order, you get more food than you're able to finish and it was delicious. I had the eggs and steak à la Mexicana, the potatoes were probably my favorite. Since we will now be coming out to visit our son when he is attending school out there, we will definitely be back for breakfast again.

After walking in I was quickly sat by a very friendly man and quickly after my even friendlier waitress came over and took my order. I ordered the hungry man's breakfast and was so happy when they told me they had gluten free toast as I've recently discovered I'm very sensitive to gluten. Not more than 10 min later my breakfast was out. I have absolutely 0 complaints about this breakfast. All of the meat was well cooked and tasted fantastic. I asked for extra crispy potatoes and they obliged. This was a 5/5 stop for and I'll be back for sure!!

We ordered half biscuits and gravy, stuffed French toast, and sweet hot fried chicken and waffles. I'm not quite sure why my half order of biscuits and gravy took about 22 mins to make. It was faster at other places. They were good, not amazing. We received the main entrees a few minutes later. They were huge portions. I got my fried chicken on the mild side because I didn't know how spicy they make it. The mild version was still good. They were easy to cut and tangy. The waffles were firm but soft. The stuffed French toast was loaded with cream cheese inside and I like the generous amount of fresh fruit. Overall, the experience is like a solid 4.

I understand that restaurants need to accommodate waiting customers, especially during busy hours, but I was still disappointed by the experience. I rarely have been asked to leave a café or coffee shop while I was in the middle of working. Because of this, I would probably choose another café in the future when I'm looking for a place where I can comfortably work for a while.
