Very thankful to Millie's Pancake Shoppe and the staff that made room for our large family outing on this busy Saturday morning. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks together, while the staff's friendliness and attentiveness, from the initial phone call to settling the bill, truly made our experience a delightful one. Many thanks, and we absolutely look forward to returning!

    Quaint little breakfast spot!

Great place, just as remembered it as a kid! Great food, good service all was good. Cute little souvenir type shop attached to the restaurant. Waffle bites where definitely a cute idea to add to the menu! Dutch German pancake was so good!

A lot of customers get it to go. The place is pretty small so there's limited room for hanging out and stuff. Coffee is actually the best stuff to get here. It's got a limited food menu. There's mostly just crepes to eat, of which there's a few on the menu, or you can build your own with fillings and toppings. A limited amount to get. It's about $5.75 to get a latte. Pretty basic stuff. Has non dairy milks including oat. The food options are pretty light stuff. It's about $13 to get crepes. The Crepes have options such as blueberry if wanting to get it sweet. Also they have a few savory ones. The prices are pretty high for these. Only bad thing about it. The rest of the menu includes cookies and pastries. Great place for a light breakfast. It's closed Mondays. The atmosphere is pretty boring but whatever.

The biscuits and Honey butter are a true, Southern style treat and loved the little touches, like a warm syrup bottle. The chicken, bacon Belgian waffle I ordered with cheese and scrambled eggs (minus the gravy) was a huge and tasty portion. I took half of it home. Our server was very helpful and polite and made sure to check on us often and ensure we had everything we needed. Love the ease and speed of paying up front, on the way out, where you can purchase additional items, like jams or pancake mix. My only wish was they had Coke products over Pepsi, but otherwise a great place for a casual business or personal meal.

The frappe was also really good. My friend ordered the avocado toast, which she liked, but her caramel macchiato was off at first it tasted mostly like milk with a little caramel. They did fix it though, so I'll give them credit for that. Only downside was she ended up feeling like she got food poisoning afterward. The egg on her dish had a thin film on it, so we're thinking it might not have been fully cooked, which is concerning. Service itself was good and the staff was nice. Parking was also easy, which is always a plus. Good food overall, but that situation definitely threw things off a bit.

Their omelettes are seasoned to perfection and stuffed with quality ingredients. Their grits are perfectly seasoned, creamy and easy on the palette with a hint of cheese in it. The pancakes are perfectly buttery, fluffy, golden brown and complete with their syrup. Even their fries are seasoned and cooked to perfection. All in all, they serve food that is delicious, hearty and will keep you going throughout the rest of the day. We ordered the chicken tenders and fries, the French toast combo, and the sausage and cheese omelette. We ate well and had food left over to bring home. The service was exceptional as well and you are treated well and made feel welcome. I recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a diner to have breakfast or lunch. We have it the highest marks; earning a 5 out of 5 star rating. Go Granny!

We were seated immediately on arrival and noted the terrific bakery counter with pies and cakes- really cool! I ordered coffee (but of course) and hub-hub ordered a grapefruit juice. Both came fairly quickly. I ordered a french toast combo; the waitress said I'll give you exactly what you want for a bit less, as there was a cheaper option on the menu that'll just work! Of course, I said! Hubby ordered a sunny side up skillet that came with two beautiful sunny side up eggs on hash browns and onions. Ok- the verdict? My sausages weren't very flavorful, unfortunately. But the french toast? Fantastic -with warm syrup too (always a major plus). Hubby liked his skillet, but the problem was with the fresh onions- they were TOO fresh and not cooked thru. Hmm. That was the key one point demerit. But you know what? The owner- an older gent at the counter who took our money- had opened the place 35 years ago (!). Very nice. I like the spot, and would come back again for sure. Have YOU tried Dappers? If not - give it a shot!

The parking lot and the restaurant on a weekday morning is plentiful. Service could be improved. Is it Maria? The young and cute one that provided an awesome service. The older, mean looking one was not very friendly. She gave us mediocre service. Prices are slightly expensive, especially for a large orange juice. We ordered half biscuits and gravy, stuffed French toast, and sweet hot fried chicken and waffles. I'm not quite sure why my half order of biscuits and gravy took about 22 mins to make. It was faster at other places. They were good, not amazing. We received the main entrees a few minutes later. They were huge portions. I got my fried chicken on the mild side because I didn't know how spicy they make it. The mild version was still good. They were easy to cut and tangy. The waffles were firm but soft. The stuffed French toast was loaded with cream cheese inside and I like the generous amount of fresh fruit. Overall, the experience is like a solid 4.

My husband is a human garbage disposal (rude, but true). He is happy to eat here. I really hate this place. They are overpriced, very overcrowded (on any day of the week, however do not even attempt to get a table on the weekend). If you decide to come anyway, know that they provide no seating for waiting customers. This dump is standing room only. They have (kind of, to be generous) a couple of options for vegans. Their hashbrowns are made with canola oil, and by default only, they are vegan. They serve a very bad fruit cup at a very high price. If you bring your own vegan butter, their toast and English muffin are options as well. Vegetarians do well at any breakfast diner. There are no Celiac/gluten-free options that are marked, however to my limited knowledge eggs and hashbrowns are safe (minus toast) I really try to do my best and include everyone of every dietary choice/need in my reviews.
