I had 3 reputable pool companies who gave me consistent diagnoses and estimates of repair costs. I would not use or recommend this company.

Since switching to Glass Bottom Pools, I haven't had the threat of a green pool since. What I especially appreciate is that they don't just maintain the pool. They look at the bigger picture. They gave me helpful feedback on my landscaping and identified things around the property that could contribute to phosphate spikes. After making some strategic landscaping changes based on their recommendations, it's been smooth sailing. They also service and treat above-ground hot tubs, which I've found many pool maintenance companies don't offer. Having one reliable company that can take care of both my pool and hot tub is a huge plus. I honestly am impressed he was able to manage it without having to carve out a section of the exterior wall, but he removed the hatch frame and put it back after. He was able to get a little more room. Dave brought a pump just in case it was toast, but he also had the actual defective aerator circuit part that was blown on our pump. He is available during the weekends. 100% recommended. Communication was great by text and email. He was spot on at the 11am apt. The payment was easy for the deposit prior and f/u after apt for the remaining balance. He also fixed the leaking tub faucet. Knowledgeable for all plumbing needs. Thank you.
