Their insurance company is offering her book value for her car, which is over a thousand dollars less than it would cost to repair it, if it isn't totaled (I believe it is). They are expecting her to pay for the repairs. How is that right??? They had the accident!!! They at least owe her a reliable replacement vehicle. These guys got it done and they got it done faster than anyone else said they would be able to.. for cheaper. I went back after I tried to get an alignment and was told I needed my ball joint and something else changed and was told I had to wait a week. I called them, brought it the next day and they told me that it wasn't the ball joint found the problem and fixed it and aligned my car that day. great service I highly recommend!
