Do not waste your time and money here because they only care about packing in as many appointments as possible with no actual customer service or regard for your time. Read the other 1 star reviews here and on Google as the lack of communication and disregard for your time is a common issue here.

I love how they both seamlessly work together and the communication is evident. They do a comprehensive check every time we see them. For example, they wanted to follow up with a tooth that was growing at an angle and at the next check-up, while I forgot, they remembered and check it. Dr. Howard is honest and if braces is not needed, he won't pressure you to get it. This happened with my second child while my oldest went through the invisalign Phase 1 treatment with him and she was so happy with the results and the services. We see them every 3-4 months for a squeaky clean teeth. I am so blessed I found them and they happen to be my local dentist. My daughters love them and feel very comfortable around them. It's a plus that they too have small kids and they understand what it feels like to be parents, caring for young kids, and the fear kids may have visiting dentists. Both Dr. Christine and Dr. Howard are wonderful with kids. I know they are always booked but I do make my appointments 3-4 months in advance. Dr. Luu is one of the kindest, most professional, and gentlest doctors we've ever met. We signed our treatment contract in August 2024, and every part of the process met or exceeded our expectations. My daughter, Jasmine, would frequently come home with extra rubber bands and other little items she needed, and we were never charged extra or surprised with unexpected fees or add-ons. My daughter just had her braces removed, and the results are fantastic! We had been a little worried about possible discoloration after treatment, but there was none at all. Her smile looks beautiful. Looking back, the only thing I wish we had done differently was purchasing the extra set of retainers at the discounted rate they offered. We decided not to at the time, but if you're given that option, I'd recommend taking it--it's nice to have a spare set just in case. I was ready to drop a pretty penny that was just hanging out in my HSA, but Dr. Luu was transparent and offered me a lot of options and actually recommended I go with the faster and less expensive option since I just needed refinement. Cue the sad violins! The office has changed dramatically since I was last here, with individual exam rooms set up as opposed to the open concept they had previously. Everything looks fresh, new, and very clean. While nothing was wrong with the "homey" feel of the old office, this is quite the upgrade. Dr. Fong and I caught up without skipping a beat, and as always, made sure I was comfortable as we were discussing options for replacing my broken retainers.
