Lots of parking and no wait on Saturday morning
    Keith H.

As diners go just fine. We had not been since they moved from the beach (15 years ago?) where there was always a wait. Now no wait, enough seating and great parking. Best hash browns ever and pea meal bacon perfect. Food choice slightly better than normal diner but likely to change!!! Just changed ownership on May13th. All staff keep telling you " it's going to get better". It did not strike me as bad to start with so we will see. Staff all surprised by quick sale last week but seem excited about it. Apparently someone from Canada who has experience running numerous franchise restaurants branching out to Florida. All very unusual- not least that every person who entered was told of new ownership. Immediately bar soon to be open? Ladies Bathroom out of soap so perhaps one change would be to check toilets. As a result cannot recommend or say bad word but watch this space and we plan to go again in a few months to see if they have soap in the ladies

    Reuben with gazpacho

Went here for a nice lunch with my family. They have changed and updated the menu. They now do breakfast or lunch all day. I got the Reuben on their homemade bread and the fried egg sandwich, and split them with my family. We also got the sandwich and soup special (Reuben and gazpacho). The table was wheelchair accessible. Our waitress was very friendly and outgoing. The food was delicious. The homemade rye bread was very good. This was my first Reuben, and it was delicious. The fried egg burger was made perfectly. The gazpacho came with croutons and other toppings. Overall it was a very good lunch, and a pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely be back to try some of their new breakfast menu items that looked delicious.

We've been coming to place but I haven't done a review. We had several dishes and every bite tasted great. Eggs Casino: Their twist on classic Eggs Benedict was fantastic. Perfectly poached eggs, hearty ham, fresh tomato, and that signature sauce really brought it all together. Morning Super Star: Comfort food done right. It came with crispy hash browns smothered in melted cheese, topped with basted eggs, fresh tomatoes, and toast. Hawaiian Omelette: Loaded with sautéed veggies, topped with a rich cheese sauce, and finished with a grilled pineapple garnish. Deliciously unique. Nova Bagel Platter: A classic combo done with fresh, quality ingredients--creamy cheese, ripe tomato, red onion, and just the right touch of capers. Short Stack Pancakes: Fluffy, golden, and just the right amount of sweet. A perfect side or dessert to share at the table. Each plates came with a slice of watermelon and cantaloupe which both are pretty refreshing. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and fast, even during a busy morning. We'll definitely be back.

I have limited experience at this establishment, but every time I come here for breakfast, they did not disappoint. Good food, good service, and a nice place to have breakfast with friends and family. Very efficient seating and ordering process. Overall, great experience.

2022 4. Raisin Cream Cheese French Toast vs 2025
    Kailey M.

I have been coming here for 25 years and I am deeply disappointed in my most recent visit. The prices have continued to go up (which I understand). But the quality and quantity of the food has dramatically decreased. I recently came back to John gs to get the cream cheese stuffed French toast that has been my go-to order. When they placed my food down on the table I was appalled. The difference is inexcusable. I understand that with covid and the change of management there have been changes here. But they kept up with the size of the food even after they changed owners... that is until today. The photos I included show 2022 vs 2025. Even my photo I took last year looks like the 2022 version. I'm so sad to say that after recommending this place to everyone I know, I don't think I will be returning after being a loyal customer for 25 years.

    3 fish stick for $29.95

What happened to all the staff? Arrived at 2pm on a Wednesday approximately 28 diners in the restaurant and ONE (1) server that was not only waiting on all the tables, but also cashing people out. Been sitting 10 minutes without being acknowledged, had to ask twice for a menu. When paying $29.95 for a fried fish and fruit platter one would expect a higher quality service. Given water by the bus person and never asked for a beverage order. What a HUGE disappointment when the meal arrived $29.95 for three (3) Fish Sticks! Unbelievable, and one of them was terribly chewy. Had to ask 3 times for my check, and kept being told "I'll be right back with your check". Meanwhile she was sitting new guest and taking their drink orders, refilling drinks for other tables, taking pictures for guest, talking hugging and kissing what appeared to be regulars. I used to love this place, but this is my LAST visit. Service and food quality were terrible!

Eggs Benedict with lox was great. Loved crispy home fries. Why raw onion on it?

A casually elegant setting where you can relax and enjoy the creative, original cooking of Chef Jeremy Bearman, along with the outstanding pastries and desserts crafted by his wife, Cyndi Bearman. Sitting at the bar, sipping a glass of Ersol Chardonnay while looking over the menu... honestly, there's no place I'd rather be. Tonight's Watermelon & Tomato Panzanella Salad was everything summer should be... fresh, vibrant, and full of clean flavors. Their pizzas are always excellent. There's the consistently terrific Straight Shooter Pizza, along with seasonal specialty pizzas inspired by what's freshest in the market. Tonight we enjoyed the Andouille & Corn Pizza... another winner. Dessert is never an afterthought here. In fact, Oceano is one of the rare restaurants where I always plan on saving room because it would be a shame to miss what comes at the end of the meal. It was definitely a love at first site thing, and wow was it packed! Everyone was dressed well, having a great time. Honestly, I hear many places struggling in summer in Palm Beach county, but not this place! The mushroom pizza we ordered was fantastic, easily 10/10. The mushrooms were excellent, there was a nice char on the crust, the cheese was deliciously melty, yum. We also had a bottle of Chablis that was delightful. For dinner, we ordered a pasta dish that was also great. For dessert, we went with a shortbread cheesecake dessert which was very gastronomic. I loved everything. The only reason I am not giving them 5/5 was because my husband called ahead of time to request a desert with a candle in it AND he asked the front desk multiple times to make sure they had a dessert setup for my birthday and they did not, so he was really upset about that (I didn't mind). Our server was really sweet and knowledgeable. I guess she wasn't related the information, not her fault. I didn't realize how packed it would be here in July! We will definitely be back. It was very California like inside with the wooden panels and the bottles of wine on full display, along with beachy pics, and lots of natural light along with a cute back patio area.

I sampled the pepperoni and spinach pizzas, but since I'm not a big pizza person, they just weren't my favorites. Thankfully, there were plenty of other delicious options.
