I wanted them to repair an old chandelier that belonged to my husband's grandfather…read more It needed cleaning , rewiring( electrical) and crystals were coming off. I was quoted $500.00 which I foolishly believed would include replacing any wires holding crystals that were rusted. We called to ask about this and were told, transporting the chandelier would cause crystals to fall off, they packed the chandelier. They took no responsibility for the crystals falling off and not being repaired. Also, the chandelier was only in the box for the 30 minute drive from Ft. Worth to Colleyville. I made it clear that I wanted all aspects of the chandelier repaired when I dropped it off.
