I didn't order cold brew I ordered an iced latte- you know with espresso shots and I wanted caramel syrup but instead of informing me that they only Carry the sauce they just started making my drink. Caramel sauce is way sweeter than caramel syrup. I felt like a jerk asking them to start over. They were visibly annoyed. But it's very unhelpful when they don't confirm with you the type of drink you want and just automatically assume what you want. I did not like the customer service.

The owner stepped out of the stand on my side, continued talking with the baristas, and still did not acknowledge my presence. She then walked past my car and took the order of the vehicle behind me, completely ignoring the customer already waiting at the window. For nearly six minutes, not one person--neither the owner nor the multiple baristas inside--said a single word to me or made any attempt to take my order. Instead, they began preparing the order for the car that had arrived after me while I continued to sit there with no service whatsoever. This level of disregard is unacceptable. When a stand is not busy and several employees are present, being ignored entirely--especially while someone who arrived later is served first--is beyond unprofessional. I left extremely disappointed and frustrated, and this experience has seriously made me reconsider returning

I also got a breakfast sandwich which I topped with cholula (provided) and it was absolutely delicious! Not too greasy and warmed up all the way through. The space is airy and clean, bright even on a rainy day. They also have music playing at a reasonable volume, lending itself to a very work-friendly environment.
