There's no reason to get pizza anywhere else. Huge servings. Beyond generous toppings. Quality ingredients (including Halal pepperoni). LOTS of cheese. The best value in local pizza. For a balance of quality and price, Joe Reno's is tops. read more

The pizza we had today was delicious! Old school pizzeria style, hand tossed crust which you can tell/ taste is made fresh and had great crust Manageable "sag" in the center but Not soggy. And the Edge crust had a wonderful breadstick style chew to it. Pizza toppings are fresh and good coverage across the pie. We also had their wings: regular and spicy, which were meaty, hot & crispy even after delivery. The flavor was so good we didn't even use dipping sauce. Our delivery arrived as estimated 30-45 minutes (prime time Friday night) and the driver was courteous and friendly. Will definitely be ordering again in near future! read more

Tried it for the first time hoping for something different from all the other Dearborn pizzerias. I was disappointed. It's a fast food pizza joint, like 90% of the places in the city -- on par with Jet's or Little Caesar's. I'm over trying to find a pizza place in the city. read more

I have been going here for years. They have a simple menu and ingredients but they have been consistent in quality and presentation. This is my go to pizza place when you want a basic pizza for pizza night. read more

I give this review with love in hopes it grabs the right ear for change. Best pizza ever until recently. I don't know if you changed pepperoni or slice it thinner but some thing changed about the pepperoni and not for the better. Please go back to the original because now it's just pizza and before that it was art. read more

Great little neighborhood pizza spot. Their pizza deals are the best around. Classic bowling alley style pizza. Fairly fast.

Just ordered for the first time and I can't believe what I've been missing out on. I got a large pizza with mushrooms, feta, chicken and pepperoni, and an order of spaghetti that came with garlic bread and a salad. I usually have low expectations for spaghetti when I order because no one ever comes close to what my mom used to make, but it's my favorite food and so it's always better than none. I was very happily surprised with the flavor and slight kick of Joe Reno's sauce! The noodle to sauce ratio was also on point. The pizza was loaded with toppings and everything looked and tasted very fresh. I will definitely be a regular customer now! Also, the delivery was quick and they called when they got here so I could run down and grab it in order to keeping their drivers safer due to Covid, which I appreciate because it means they make safety a priority. read more

Sooo, we went back for their ribs and all I can saw is YUM! The ribs were so tender, full of flavor a d literally fell off the bone! The pizza remains a favorite. Their customer service is great , too! (Forgot to take pictures, we were super hungry tonight!) read more

I drive by Joe & Reno's all the time and finally stopped in. Their Monday special 1 large pizza with 5 toppings for $14.49 is a great deal! My carnivorous partner ordered 5 meats and was thrilled the toppings were piled on so much they fell off the pizza. I liked they don't over sauce a pizza, just enough to glue everything together! The lady working was very nice and hooked us up with plates (styrofoam sadly, please use paper!) and napkins. We will be back soon for more great pizza! read more

Look, there is pizza and then theres PIZZA FROM this place. Best pepperoni pizza ever. BEST. They are always awesome and friendly. Been here over 100 times and they will custom cook for you just the way you like things. I wish more pizza places had this personality. If your not sure, then you are missing the best. I'm so lucky to have the a free houses away! read more

Joe Reno's Pizzeria - The best pizza I've ever had. No joke. - Pizza Near Me - Dearborn, Michigan

The company I work for ordered Joe & Reno's pizza for a company lunch and the pizza was great! The supreme or (Joe's) pizza was delicious, and the pepperoni was also very good, as well as the regular cheese being a tasty classic. DO NOT order the BBQ chicken pizza. 90% of the 3 BBQ chicken pizzas went from the plate to the trash. Everyone commented that it was awful and I have to agree with them. The sauce tasted like the Open Pit brand, and it is just too tangy (or maybe vinager-y) for a pizza. Can't go wrong with sweet baby rays... Supreme (Joe's), pepperoni, and cheese. All fantastic read more

I was on my way back from the dentist and needed to get something cheap and quick before heading back to work. J & R's was advertising $5 subs, so I stopped. I ordered an Italian sub and made it a combo, thus $6.75 was total. The combo included fries and a large diet Pepsi. I was in and out in approximately 8 minutes and the sub was incredible. The meat, veggies and cheese were very fresh and the toasted sesame seed bun complimented the sub greatly. The French fries were hot and crispy, just the way I like em. I will be a regular there from now on. Best yet, its 5 minutes away from my work!!! :) read more

would have given 4 stars for the large pizza with pepperoni and hamburger I could tell it was a good pizza but for whatever reason the hamburger was extremely too salty making a good pizza unbearable to eat the bad thing about this experience is this is my first time trying it read more

I totally love this place, there chicken wings are the best. When it opens at 3 I'm walking to get my dinner

One word... Delicious! We are from out of town and found this place on Yelp. The lady that answered the phone was so helpful. Come to find out we are outside of their delivery area so she recommended to pizza places that was closer to us. I felt like I was in the movie with Kris Kringle at Macy's department store and all he wanted me to have was the toy I wanted for Christmas whether Macy's had it or not. She just wanted us to have a good pizza regardless of where we were. So, we placed our order: a medium pepperoni with mushroom, a small grilled chicken and mushroom and a dozen wings and we drove the 15 minutes to pick them up. Not only were the pizza's ready when she said they would be, they were delicious! She told us she's been there for 28 years and I know why now, great food and an amazing, friendly attitude to serve. You cannot go wrong if you patronize this restaurant. read more

The people that have reviewed this place wouldn't know good pizza if they were slapped in the face with it. It's ok. Not great but ok. I'll drive to Wyandotte and pick up franks like I usually do. Tried somewhere close to learn a lesson once again. read more

Their website states that they have a 5 topping pizza on Tuesdays for $10.95 which is why I went there. When I got there, they told me that the 'mobile version of our page displays things wrong' and that 'we don't sell $5 crap here.' First, I wasn't asking for a $5 pizza and second, their pizza is good, but it's no better than Crazy Pizza or Rosie D's, both of which are much cheaper. I felt insulted and will never visit this pathetic pizza place again. It's too bad because I'll pay a bit more for good pizza, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. read more

For the last several years I've been going to Joe and Reno's consistently. Their pizza is my favourite. I especially love their Hawaiian super special. I typically order my pizza well done. Lately the quality and consistency has been slipping. It strongly depends on whom is making the pizza. read more

I guess the star rating says it all...."A-OK." Wasn't my favorite of all time but the pizza was not too thin and not too thick with a perfect amount of sauce. I detected some sweetness in the sauce which was a nice change of pace and the ham was thinly sliced, just the way I like it. As for the bread sticks.....ummm, they were okay I suppose. They didn't have too much pizazz and they didn't give us any dipping sauce which was a total bummer. The salad was a bit lacking too as it was mostly lettuce. However, for the price, the meal was fine. I might go here again but I would probably get a sub or something else from the menu besides the pizza special. read more

I'm a little bummed out because I ordered from here based on the almost-5-star rating on google. I got a large pizza with half jalapeño and half pineapple. The dough was soggy in the middle and crispy on the crust. There were a large amount of toppings, causing everything to fall off the dough when a piece was pulled out. I also got a small order of onion rings but they were way over cooked and burnt, with a shriveled onion inside. I'm not sure if I'll order from here again any time soon. read more

We might be biased, as we live right up the street, but we love Joe & Reno's! Double cheese with pepperoni, Italian sausage & mushrooms is my stand-by. I am a bit of a pepperoni snob and theirs are very good. They strike a great balance between gooey and crunchy, crusts are as worthy as the rest of the pie. They also have a gluten free option, which allows my wife to keep enjoying pizza, so J&R's is our main go-to pizza joint! read more

What a great little pizzaria in Dearborn. They pile on the toppings and completely cook the dough leaving a wonderful crispness to compliment the top quality ingredients. Unfortunately, I've only had the pizza and breadsticks, but friends and co-workers also rave about the subs, wings burgers and wings as well. The value for the dollar at Joe and Reno is spectacular! I got a large 5 toppong pizza and breadsticks for 22$!! read more

This is an excellent neighborhood pizzeria. I don't use the term "neighborhood" derogatorily: what I mean is that in an area surrounded by chain pizzerias (some of which are excellent -- I'm looking at you, Buddy's), Joe and Reno's offers unique fare that is delicious and unreminiscent of more popular pizza styles. The crust is very crisp, yet chewy, and the sauce is bold and savory with a hint of sweetness. Most importantly, however, is the use of natural casing "old world" style pepperoni. On some pizza styles, this type of pepperoni just doesn't work IMO (as much as I love Buddy's, the style just isn't fit for natural casing pepperoni), but on an old school tavern-type pizza like you get at Joe and Reno's, they're heaven: as the pizza bakes, the pepperoni casing chars and curls up, yielding a wonderful, bacon-like crunch. This is the kind of pepperoni pizza I grew up eating at another local pizza joint. It's worth mentioning that the owner seems to be there 14 hours a day, 6 days a week at least. Hard-working guy that really stands by the quality of his product no matter what. This is old-school, blue collar hospitality at its best. read more

I always get Joe's Special pizza when I go there. Hearty and fresh toppings, soft and doughy pizza crust (for me, it's a keeper!). Now they've started offering gluten-free pizza crust, though only in small size, but it's pretty good. Will get it again for sure. The people that work there are nice and friendly; they'd chat with you like you are an old neighbor even when you just walk in there for the first time. They also stay open late, till 11pm even on weekdays, which is something we really appreciate. read more

Mmmmmmm Mmmmmmmm! I love love this place. I am always shocked my the amount of food you get for your dollar! The fried mushrooms are beyond amazing! I've had delivery from them a couple times and thought it was pretty good. I did pick up for the first time today. It was very, very dirty inside. And the manager was being really rude to her employees. I didn't like my experience but thought I'd overlook it. When I got it home all of the cups and had a really bad smell on them and looked dirty and so did the "new" drink carrier they gave us. I couldn't see too much of what was going on in the kitchen but I don't think their cleanliness practices are very good. read more

I don't honestly see how this place has a good rating. I have tried it a couple of times based on the yelp reviews and each time it is not good. I kept trying because it is so close to home but it's not worth it. read more

Joe and Reno's has been a godsend during the pandemic. While closed Monday and Tuesday, the rest of the week they are offering their full delicious menu for contactless delivery or pickup. Just wanted to share an experience that I had tonight, I was at work all day and when I got home it was like 10 pm I was real hungry and decided I would order a pizza from my favorite Pizza Place here in Dearborn, I ordered a small pizza, salad, and some bread sticks $12.99 such a deal, I elected to pick it up so in like 15 minutes I headed that way, I walked in and I heard someone say Hi to me and asked if I had a pick up, I told him my name and he said that my order will be a few minutes (yay hot PIZZA) as I stood there I thought I would watch theses guys make pizza, Well let me tell what I saw was so disturbing that I will never order from there again I saw some dirty sauce pans with sauce OR SOMETHING in it that looks like the were not washed for a while, Then I saw a man put his hands with no gloves reach into a tub of coleslaw like that CLAW game at Chuckle Cheeses and fill some containers for an order, I wanted to walk out then, after that he continued to bag and staple the bags shut with all the paper work attached not once did he wash his hands, Then I saw him begin to make my salad again with no regard to washing his hands, I then just waked out went to Krogers and got some good ole Tortinas Pizza rolls for $2.99 Any way I will never eat at Joe and Renos Pizza ever again I surprised that the health dept has not looked at that. Thanks for letting vent read more

Being a town full of pretentious and over priced pizza joints with way to many to try. I had buddy's and jets and loved it but the costumer service went down so I wanted to try a different place. I was so glad I did. I get the cheese pizza. Cooked perfect and the sauce was on point and the price was good. Since I found Joe's I don't bother with jets. read more

Good pizza, great breadsticks. Delivery is always prompt even on busier days. They aren't shy with the toppings either. I usually order at least once a week. read more

The pros are that they use high quality ingredients on their pizza, and they're not cheap with the toppings. However, they can't quite seem to cook the bottom right. For a while they did it right, but then they started to cook it too well done. So I asked for to be a little lighter- not lightly done, but they made it too lightly done. Then the next time I explained what happened, so I was assured that it would come out the way I wanted... I would almost classify my pizza as being burned, and with so many options in the area I haven't been back since. read more

Great couple that runs this joint. I like a classic Peperoni and mushroom pizza wise. The fried chicken and wing zings are always good. I'm a big fan of the greek and turkey subs. Ordered from them for a very long time and the reason they get an extra star is the fact that they will go out of the way to make things right if need be. Also I forgot the ribs are pretty fantastic too! read more

I ordered deliver from here because of the reviews. I was hungry so I looked over the menu and as a good southerner I was impressed with the ribs description "fall of the bone" and I had one choice. I am not a pizza fan therefore I asked the very nice young lady about the specialities, such as the lasagna, etc. She replied that the lasagna was not made at the restaurant. They order these portions and they just heat them up and sell them. I replied and ask again if it was good. She said that it was good and replied that she will never recommend something that she would not eat. I ordered the lasagna after her comment. After 45min I got my delicious Italian. Here we go. The ribs where extremely dry. They had a sweet and sour bbq sauce which I don't like. The lasagna was meaty and good. If you are an Italian eatery, stick with the Italian. No BBQ, no Burgers, no Fried Chicken. You may think you will get a bigger consumer attention but unfortunately you don't know how to do BBQ. Sometimes less is better. I will not order from here again. Unless they tell me where they buy the lasagna from. read more
