Excellent! Traditional Sicilian crust which is what makes the pizza. I'm pretty picky about the crust which is 70% of the pie! Great job! Thanks... read more

Been going to this location for many years and have never been disappointed with the quality of their food or service.

First time ordering from Fat Kat's. Pizza was EXCELLENT!! Will for sure recommend and will now be our new pizza place.

So I have nothing bad to say about the pizza joint. It's basically carry out, and you will go ahead and order from a plethora stuff on the menu. Everybody's super cool and explain all the menu items to you as well. If ice cream if you want that when you go in and pick it up, but mostly it's just pizza for the most part lol. I tried to steak and cheese, pepper steak, and it was pretty good. Cheese bit was good and cheesy and it came right out the oven. They really don't miss. So if you're near me I would definitely suggest take a look and try it out just to see what happens because they have a lot of options to pick from. read more

4-4-25 This time I did not like the crust of the pizza. It was 'leathery', kind of tough and chewy. It was hard to chew, and sat real heavy on my stomach for hours. The topping were great, and tasty, as usual. I had to drop to 3 stars due to the crust. I saw a number of doughs in pans, stacked on racks on the counter when I picked up my pizza. I had initially thought they were either there for rising, or for speed/efficiency. After eating the pizza, I wonder if maybe they sat out too long and maybe dried out, or something? I did get a medium this time, and I usually get a large, so maybe the dough was also thicker seeing as how the diameter was smaller? I usually really like Fat Kats, and will try again, hoping this was just a 'one off' type problem. But, Fat Kats, if you read this, please give my review some thought and feedback. Thanks read more

Hands down my family's FAVORITE pizza spot on earth. We lived in Redford for many years before moving to Farmington, and the worst part of our move was not being right next to our favorite pizza! We got Fat Kats last night for our friend's birthday (all of us there had lived in Redford when we found our love) and we all agreed it was just as good as we remembered. The price also just cannot be beat! Best cheese bread and ice cream around, too! We were able to let our toddler try it for the first time and she agreed, it's the best! read more

I have ordered from this location several times. My food is always delicious and made correctly.

I don't like wasting my valuable time posting about food. So take my advice! Lol I was in the area and just did a google search for pizza and found this place. I'm not gonna lie. This is the best pizza I've had in a LONG time. read more

One of the first things I noticed was how friendly they are. I've had their deep dish pizzas, round pizzas, calzones and wings. The food is amazing. My favorite is the round pizzas. The wings aren't crunchy but they're still pretty good. They also have really good ice cream for a great price! The ice cream is one of my favorite parts. They don't have seats inside so you'd have to place a pickup or delivery order which I don't mind. read more

My pizza was the bomb fresh ingredients I wish it was closer to my home so it could been still hot hot but it was still good

I'm very happy with this pizza place - not too many deals but the pizza is good. I would prefer to support a local business than other popular franchised business. I'm greeted at the door which I love and my order since it's small usually takes 10 to 15mins. **It's not big and pickup only** Please not - the price is a little higher (of course) but I feel you're getting a better quality. Happy Eating!!! read more

I slept on Fat Kat's Pizzeria , I literally will never order from those other ppl again, this was some of the best pizza I ever had, and most definitely will be ordering again... read more

Had the bbq pizza and cheese bread, both were great! Loved their sauce. This is now our go to place for pizza.

Love Fat kats, great prices and super fast delivery. The pizza is always so fresh and hot. They're are favorite local place to order from.

Only 4 out of the 14 to review is in place are this year. The rest are from 3+ years ago Now this place did star off decent like 7 years ago But they are far from it now. Like I've said before all of Redford pizza places are NASTY. Smh read more

Fat Kats helped make our day! Easy, over the phone ordering, online menu, great prices, and contact-free delivery. The pizza was not lacking for toppings, the bone-in wings were well sauced, and the antipasto salad was full of meat and other ingredients; it wasn't JUST lettuce! I highly recommend Fat Kats during the stay at home order, and well after it is over! JUST DO IT!! read more

I like this place!! Orders are always completed quickly. Their pizza is never greasy. I've never had any errors with my orders (and I've been ordering from them for a couple of years). The staff there is always nice too. I'd definitely recommend them to any other pizza lovers in the area read more

I wish I had tried this place sooner! I loved the Gluten Free pizza, and we also ordered a regular pizza, both were great! The sauce is excellent, as was the cheese. I will order from here again for sure. read more

Fat Kats is one of my favorite pizza places around I would recommend them to anyone in the Redford Township area

Unfortunately one of my girls lives entirely too close to this place! The pizza is good, it's not outstanding, but it's good for neighborhood fare. I am a fan of the cheesebread and the standard round with whatever toppings tickle my fancy that day. If you're in the 5 and Beech area, swing by and grab a pie :) read more

I used to have Fat Kats filed way in my head as "At least better than Domino's" but I think that rating needs to be revised. Last pizza I had was a bit of a letdown. I'll start with the positive which was the green pepper was in nice robust chunks instead of the sliced so thin you can read through it wafers that seem to be all the rage these days. Everything else was downhill from there. The sauce was unremarkable the cheese was yellow and plastic-y. The crust had absolutely no yeasty goodness to it. In fact it was some of the most flavorless pizza dough I have ever had. The only discernible flavor it had was that of the cardboard box it came in. It's cheap and local are about the best parting words I can come up with. read more

Our go-to Ma & Pa place. Always fresh toppings (no canned mushrooms!), good crust, very good cheese. Sweet Baby Ray's for their BBQ pizza. Order the spicy pepperoni if you want the small Detroit style that crisp up. I'm a fan of the chicken bites, which aren't overly breaded and are always very tender. They have ice cream, which I haven't tried, but the banana pudding is calling my name... And service? We've never gotten delivery, but the kids working there are always polite and prompt, both on the phone and in person. Never had an incorrect order, either. Whoever is hiring these young adults is doing a good job! read more

I ordered a pizza and not only was it absolutely delicious delivery was in half the time they gave me....kudos‼

Fat Katz Pizza Staff are always friendly when you walk in the door and on the phone when you order they give you approximate time and it is just about right such a wide range variety toppings for your pizzaNot to mention the ice cream of delicious flavors never disappointed read more

I have never had bad pizza from fat kats. We have probably tried just about every pizza topping combination with their bread. The pizza is always perfectly cooked and the toppings are fresh. We eat at every pizza place around and this one is a frequent stop, I definitely recommend it. read more

I was quite surprised at how good this place was. It's not the best pizza I've had, but for some place close, affordable, and fast you can't beat it. Normally I am not a fan of dipping my bread in Sauce as it just usually tastes bitter or over seasoned, but their sauce rocks my friggin' socks off. read more

One of my fav places to get pizza from! My fav pie is an extra cheese and spicy pepperoni with garlic butter crust. Simple but awesome and the ice cream is the best around as well! read more

I love this spot. Great pizza, not greasy & fast service. I used to be able to walk there from my old house but I still swing by and grab some zza. I'm absolutely in love with there jalapeno cheese bread. I have actually just ordered that from time to time. Very reasonably priced. Check it out! read more

Five out of five stars! The pizza was spectacular. After my first bite I felt as if I was transported to Italy. Eating this delectable piece of Za was better then witnessing my child's first words which were fittingly enough "I love Fat Katz Pizza!". I interviewed a few important people and here's what they had to say about Fat Katz Pizza. "Simply put the best pizza I've ever had." - Mike Illitch "I finally feel as if I can retire knowing I'll never make a pizza this good" - Papa John. read more
