Primavera Pizza - Meat (Large) - Pizza Near Me - Livonia, Michigan

I do respect this place, and maybe I just had a weird batch. The ratios of everything were way off. Too much cheese, too little sauce. Salt level in the cheese was very high. I'm not even sure if the cheese blend had much mozzarella, to be honest. Soggy undercarriage because of an extremely large amount of grease. Probably could benefit from having some ridges in the box. Dough was a great recipe though. At this point, I'm not sure if l'd get this pizza again. The pricing was very good, however, and I can definitely respect the value for what you're paying. read more

Been coming here about once a week. Pizza is very consistent. Big reviews from national and regional social media have strained the family running the place. Wait times are longer than they used to be- because there is a ton of demand. They are so busy that they are currently only taking walk in orders. That says something. Worth the wait. Still my number 1 pizza all time. read more

Good thin crust pizza, sauce is nicely balanced with enough acidity. Ordered meat and margarita all fresh ingredients The only complain I had the crust was a bit burned on both pizzas. They tend to run out make sure order in advance when they open. Place is small no frills three tables inside more of a carry out place. read more

Had the meat pizza and the cheese focaccia. Super fresh ingredients, the crust & bread tastes like sourdough. The staff was friendly even though they were super busy. read more

Really good pie. The owner says it's not New Haven style specifically, forget the Yelp description. It is similar though. The owner is old school - don't expect warm and fuzzies. One man army as other's have noted. Will try to eat here regularly. I need another top-notch pizza spot nearby. Wishing this spot much success. 4.5 read more

Primavera Pizza - Best pizza ever, until the next one! - Pizza Near Me - Livonia, Michigan

Delicious no frills New England style apizza. My very very picky husband has suggested we get it again a couple of times which for him is very rare Service... did I mention no frills? It's made fresh so expect to wait 15-20 mins or call ahead. read more

Did Primavera's change recipes? I use to love their pizza. We ordered it tonight and the crust was very dry, the cheese pizza was very salty. I guess my tastes have changed. This pizza use to be greasy, to the point the bottom of the box was soaked. Not anymore. read more

Traditional thin crust, delicious tomato sauce and great flavor! The pizza is really well made and the ingredients are fresh and good quality. The owner is friendly and concerned about the food he is serving. My only knock is the pricing. It's not the best value and considering the competition for pizza dollars out there, it's going to hard to make it a regular stop. read more

Primavera Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Livonia, Michigan

Best pizza in Livonia, best in Metro area IMO. Portnoy needs to check this place out, great under carriage with zero flop

This was our 1st time trying Primavera. We ordered a small cheese focaccia and a large classic with pepperoni and mushrooms. Both items were fantastic and full of great taste and flavor. They use the old fashioned ovens(3) vs the conveyor types at other places. This allows the creation of the perfect crispy and slightly charred crust edges=flavor!! We will be back and try other of their pizza types. It's a small family operation, but very high quality and well worth the trip. read more

I love this place! Today, had an order screw up, got cheese instead of cheese and pepperoni, when I called they were understanding and made a new pizza for us. Both were great, the pepperoni is always preferred by my kids tho. read more

Primavera Pizza - Large cheese pizza and cheese bread - Pizza Near Me - Livonia, Michigan

Very over-priced for pizza where the crust was black and cheese looks like it was cooked away, the flavor isnt great and it was hard and chewy. read more

Stopped by this small pizzeria for the first time and was honestly blown away. It's run by a single older man who makes the pizzas himself -- and you can feel the passion in every bite. I ordered the Italian-style Margherita pizza, and it was perfectly done. Simple, fresh ingredients, thin crispy crust, and that unmistakable homemade touch you don't get at chain spots. It felt like a little slice of Italy tucked away in the city. Watching him work the dough and tend the oven added a warm, authentic vibe to the experience. It's rare to find a place where someone still takes their time with the craft. You can tell he cares about what he's serving. If you're into real pizza no gimmicks, just quality you have to give this place a shot. I'll definitely be back. read more

It's a good pizza (hard to mess up pizza) and looks just like the pictures but man it's EXPENSIVE. I wish it was a little cheaper for what you're getting. I can't give it 5 or even 4 stars because it's not worth 20 bucks for a cheese pizza. read more

I've had pizza here twice. Absolutely fantastic. Looking to try more stuff. Don't hesitate if you like great pizza.

OUTSTANDING Pizza. Just the right amount of sauce, thickness is perfect, cheese is delicious!

Honestly went here because a video I saw I live about 15 minutes away never heard of them till now. That being said this is hands down the best pizza I've ever had sauce is fresh dough is amazing even waiting in line they sold out that's how you know things are fresh we need more pizza places like this in Michigan. We will definitely only go here for pizza nights from now on. Service was good except a longer wait time because they're very busy but ordering a hour or two in advance is okay. Ambiance is chill nothing special beside watching a beautiful family putting in work making great pizza and it's actually amazing to watch father wife daughter son. It's the American dream pizza place. read more

Outstanding pizza. We're in the market for a new neighborhood pizza place after Corsi's closed. Look no further. Absolutely top tier pizza. One look at the oven and you know it's a legitimate pizza place. No flim flam conveyor belt oven like the garden variety common tripe. Primavera is the real deal. read more

This pizza is outstanding! Very authentic Italian crust. Fresh salads with crisp lettuce and premium toppings. The dressing is mild and more traditional to Italian cuisine. Absolutely recommended! Bonus that it's a family-owned business. Give them a try! read more

This is the best pizza I've had in a while and the best in the area that I'm aware of. The crust is my favorite part, perfectly thin and crispy, just enough to hold the ingredients on. The flavor and chew is spot on. As a whole, the ingredients are fresh and it wasn't greasy or heavy. We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, spinach, and mushroom, and a cheese focaccia with tomatoes and basil. The focaccia comes with choice of sauce or ranch. I got the sauce and ordered a side of ranch separately. I'm typically a person who likes some ranch with my pizza, and it was a good ranch, but I didn't even care about it as soon as I tried the sauce. Perfect. read more
