Ordered online On Grub Hub and it took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive. By the time I got the food it was cold, fries were stale, no ranch for my wings, hummus was horrendous and no napkins. I didn't touch the fries or the hummus. The hummus was 30% oil and the quality of the olive oil was low and tasteless. It felt heavy and tasted bland. One bite was enough to know it was old. Delicious pizza! Got the round vs square and it was super good! The sauce has great flavor, somewhat sweet with nice herbs. The crust was crunchy on the outside, light and fluffy inside, not too thick and not too thin. A very good pie. Made well, delivered hot! read more

No offense but the pizza is anything but marvelous. Maybe more truthfully named "Pizza OK" or "Pizza Just Average". I'd put their pies in the realm of the 5 dollar holler from Little Caesars. What they really have going for themselves, is the fact that they truly will deliver anything... for a fee. Liquor, gummy worms, cancer sticks and probably fuzzy dice and a good alibi too. If they stock it I'm sure they'll bring it to your door. I really wish their pizza was a little better but it's pretty decent in a drunken pinch I'd guess. The actual store itself is OK. They've got a decent selection of liquor, wine and beer including some micro brews and if you're low on plastic shot glasses or disposable martini or margarita glasses I'm sure they have them by the hookahs or the discount athletic socks on your way out the door. read more

The hotel suggested Pizza Marvelous and since I didn't have a car in Novi I opted for delivery. Chicken wings were really good, got delivered hot and crispy with a side of BBQ and Ranch. The lasanga however was not great. Noodle was a little rough. They delivered late to my hotel thru Grubhub. read more

This place is really a hidden treasure...but well known and loved by locals like us. Yup- it is literally in the back of a liquor store- but the food is great. You would never guess that an unassuming place like this would have much more than a decent pizza or sub but their bbq ribs are crazy good. I checked last week- they are the same price as famous Dave's but they're very good...like fall off the bone, fight with your kids over the last piece kinda good! We've also had their burgers delivered after particularly ummm 'rough' nights...damn good but since I haven't had them while sober, can't really give an informed review of those just yet. If I have a chance to pick some up for the kids one of these days, I'll circle back and update this post. But if you like ribs- you really have to try these...yeah, they're that good! Stopped in here once to buy some beer and smelled the pizza they were cooking and I couldn't resist myself so I ordered a large pizza to bring to my friends party. I wasn't expecting much considering I was at a party store, but boy was I mistaking. This was without a doubt one of the best pizzas I've had! I was surprised by all of the different options of pizza and topping it was way better then going to a place like little casesars Or domino. I'm one of Novi's many denizens and I use this place on a very regular basis. I don't have what you would call a regular 9-5 lifestyle, and the fact that Pizza Marvelous can feed me anytime I'm hungry - day or night makes this establishment indispensable. I spent most of my life growing up in Brooklyn, NY, and I have given up on finding a good pizza joint in Michigan, but the pizza at Pizza Marvelous satisfies my cravings more than any other pizza place around here. Besides, their menu is extensive and worth exploring. I can ramble on about this place for a long time, but the point I'm trying to mske is short and simple: the food is good, the delivery is always on time, the staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Don't be put off by the local snobs giving this place low ratings. Pizza Marvelous has never dissapointed me. In fact, it's saved me from many hungry nights. They have the best foot-long, shawarmas I have ever had. Me and my spouse get them at least once a week. They are large enough to split and be satisfied. The pizza from here is average. For this reason, a more fitting name would be shawarma marvelous. This is a pickup or delivery place only, as it is housed in a liquor store. This means there is no actual restaurant or place to sit. We did something naughty last night and ordered food on Christmas. Not normally something we would do, but we were all at different family occasions. Once my family was under the same roof by 9pm...we were all starving. I called to make sure the hours online were correct and they were! The man I spoke with was very nice and patient...because I now know they were SLAMMED! We had a bit of a wait, but they let us know that. The pizza, bread and wings were hot and delicious! Tried it again last night, total rip off. Bogus coupons, ridiculous prices 36 bucks on two lgs that looked like mediums with 2 items and sauce that had no flavor, it's really crappy pizza. 5 stars for liquor delivery and they deliver later than any pizza chain restaurant. Update After ordering many times I have to change my review to 5 stars. This place is a bit pricey but the food is very good. The pepperoni bread is probably the best version of a breadstick I've ever had. The wings are like wing dings at Coney Island, which are crispy fried and delicious. The pizza is good as well but I would recommend just adding toppings to the pepperoni bread just note it has sauce on the side. If you are willing to pay they have homemade ranch which goes great with the hot wings. The hot wings are actually very hot so be careful , go plain if you just want a fried chicken type. They now make Mediterranean food which is very good as well if you want something a little healthier. Also, the chicken tender salad is really good , it has mozzarella tomatoes , and croutons. Bottom line the food is real good but a little more expensive than jets or a hot and ready. It is very nice though to get booze and food delivered at once. read more

I was offered the "last" 12 ounce bottle of KBS for $14. This would essentially mean the 4 pack it was taken from was $60??? I was told the prices were higher this year. Pizza is ok, i did like the fact that it was a liquor store too. I do not however like their customer service. Placed a carry out order of one pizza with one topping and the person that took my order repeated it back to me twice over the phone, then i get there and the order is wrong and the guy blames ME for the wrong order and says he never said anything like that, when he did, twice! I was shocked that they blamed me for the reason the order was wrong and told them i didn't want the pizza that i didn't order over the phone. I work in retail and it takes a lot to make me upset, but if they would have just said, oh our mistake, we'll fix it, it would have been better than the guy lying to my face about what he told me over the phone! read more

The place is a scam. We had a pizza coupon. It was still valid. When calling in the order, my wife stated that she had the coupon and read it to the guy. He says, "fine, 15 minutes." When she gets there and goes to pay, he says, so sorry, we just raised our prices and won't honor it. Now, I wasn't there. If I had been, I'd probably walk away. But she was alone and so she just paid extra. What's worse, like most places, he gives her a new menu and coupon sheet atop the pizza box. It had the very same coupon on it that he just refused to honor. Please don't take my word for it. Read the rest of the reviews here. He's been not honoring his own coupons for at least 6 months. That means when people call and say, "I have a coupon," its no accident that waits until you've driven there and have your money in hand before raising the price on you. But that's not all!!! We get home. Opps. They forgot the "gosh darned" pepperoni on the "gosh darned" pepperoni and ham pizza. So, I called the guy and he says "Opps. The next time you buy a pizza we'll give you a free topping." So... I have to buy 2 pizza's in order to get 1 pizza that I want to eat? That's after he charges extra? And, aside from all that. Its an entirely mediocre pizza. Not special in any way. Oh, and the coupon sheet that came with the pizza advertises that his establishment was voted the best pizza in our city 4 years running. Yeah, I'm sure the guy asked his wife who makes the best pizza in town. She says, "You do, dear." He yells, I won again! 4 years in a row! If your life is so good that you start taking it for granted, visit Pizza Marvelous. You'll walk away feeling frauded and screwed at the same time. I don't get these reviews. I frequently buy pizza, wings and ribs for large events and always get quality food and service. The ribs are very tender and meaty with a good quality bbq sauce. I think Andy makes it daily. The wings are consistently good and I order mine with hot sauce on the side. Pizza is excellent. I like mine cooked crunchy. Extra cheese, extra sausage, extra pepperoni. I also love the deep fried mushrooms. Ask to get cocktail sauce with those. I am not a price sensitive buyer, I just want good food. Andy always delivers on all fronts. read more

I'm shocked this place was once voted best pizza in Novi. They discontinued the whole wheat crust (but still list it on their website) which may have helped add some flavor to the pizza. Some of the most bland pizza I've ever tasted. It barely tasted good when it was warm, and if it has cooled off you might as well use it as a paper weight. I think everyone must be drunk when giving this place good reviews. It's so over priced. Paid over $30 for a medium pizza, some jalepeno poppers, and a little salad. These guys are freaking awesome. Great pizza that's fresh and tasty with a perfect crust on it. They are a life saver on the weekends when they're the only place in novi open until 2am! Hubby & I consider this our GO TO PLACE for fine wine, beverage with GREAT PIZZA ! The owners customize the order any way we want it- thin, regular, deep dish - you name it they make . The ingredients are always fresh and top quality, which is very important to me . I'm picky . They are accommodating . And they do delivery ! Which is a lovely option , especially when we're tired or busy. Ribs and salads are Delish .
