Ambiance is clean with seating and a TV for customers waiting inside for their orders. I made sure to keep Napoli on my radar when craving pizza again. I ordered yesterday and also tried the Sweet Red wings -- OUUUUWEEEE!!! 10/10, highly recommend. The employee Timoune suggested this flavor when made my phone order and am happy with his suggestion. Yesterday was my mom's 1st time tasting the food and she kept saying, "mmmmmmmmm" with each bite (smile). I've got a new customer for you! Great neighborhood pizza spot that also serves subs, wings, fries, Detroit square and circle pizzas. This place is hands down better than those chain pizza places. Patronize small businesses. I feel like it's been a while since I had a really good pizza & this one did not disappoint me. I ordered online & had it delivered for lunch. It arrived in a decent amount of time. Looked amazing! I was satisfied with the ratio of everything; crust seasoning, the amount of sauce, the crust. It wasn't over or under cooked. A little more costly for a small pizza but it was worth it. I will order from here again for my family & see of the bigger pizzas are just as good. read more

Napoli Pizza has always been a hometown favorite and I was sad to see them close shortly after the pandemic. When I saw that their lights were back on and they were again baking, hot delicious pizzas, I was excited to try the offerings from the new owners. The menu items have been reduced offering mainly pizza, a few subs and salads, while before Napoli offered other items, including burgers, chicken, lasagna, and desserts, plus more. Nonetheless, the pizza that I tried at the new Napoli Pizza was equally delicious to the previous owners'. I ordered the Napoli special with deep dish crust and the chose the to parmesan,butter, and garlic seasoning on the crust. The crust was perfectly crisp and the cheese pull was chef's kiss. I ordered the pizza on toast tab and the pizza was ready very quickly. When I went to pick up the pizza the staff was extremely friendly and were helpful, providing me plates, napkins, and red pepper flakes without even having to ask. The prices were pretty affordable. A large deep dish pizza was around $21.99 and was comparable in taste and quality to Jet's. I'll definitely be back soon. read more

I'm sorry to say that we did not love the pizza. Much pricier than the competition at approx. $18 for a large round with pepperoni. The cheese and pepperoni were very good, but the amount of dough used for the crust was not appealing. For a new owner, we hoped it would be slightly less expensive than the former owners, and not nearly as doughy, but I was wrong. We ended up eating about half of each slice and threw out the rest. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Especially when we can get a better tasting pizza nearby for about $10. My guess is that it's going to be difficult to build a new clientele, based on price and quality. Redford is not Bloomfield Hills and I would not spend this amount of money again for what we received. read more

Naolis Pizza Redford. WORKER INTEGRITY AFFECTED THIS SCORE. The pizza had potential but was not made as ordered. I only gave 4STARS because I ordered a Spicy pepperoni (small cupped pepperoni) deep dish pizza and the maker put a mix of regular, spicy, and deli style on my pizza then when I asked he told me they were the spicy ones when in fact it was a mix (that i didn't request) That one action alone will keep me from returning because I feel it was done purposely. But had he made my pizza as ordered this would have been a 5 star review and I would have been a new longterm customer. To bad people put games over professionalism with new customers. read more

Recently ordered from uber eats the spinach and feta bread with alfredo dipping sauce, was not expecting it to be as good as it was, it was fire fr. it was delivered in like 30 minutes, 10's across the board. Will be going in person soon read more

Was pleasantly surprised Napoli was reopened and the pizza is great now! The deep dish crust had a nice crunch (the feta spinach bread, yum) and the hand tossed round was really flavorful with plentiful toppings. Maybe a tiny tiny greasy but hit the spot and I did order parm crust so that's on me. Did I mention they have real ranch?! Also loved the Greek salad. It was fresh and had a lot of feta & olives which a lot of places skimp on. Door dashed so not sure about anything else but this will be a go to now. read more

my husband ordered bacon, feta & banana pepper pizza he said it was the best F***ing pizza he has had in a long time. They didn't skimp on the toppings, customer service was great & they were fast. We will only be ordering pizza from Napoli now. A+ read more
