This was disappointing, especially since the same thing happened during my previous visit with a different technician. The technician was very kind, but she appeared to be new and frequently needed assistance from another staff member. What confused me most was the pricing. According to the salon's website, Tier 2 includes French tips with chrome, which is the design I received, yet I was still charged for a Tier 3 service. Overall, while the final nails turned out fine, I was disappointed by the inconsistent pricing and not receiving the full service that was included with my appointment--particularly on two separate visits.

The only thing I really didn't like was how small it was and how strong the chemical smell in the room was (exacerbated by how small it was). If you're not too concerned about price and don't have a sensitive nose, I think this is a nice place.
