The technician was very kind, but she appeared to be new and frequently needed assistance from another staff member. What confused me most was the pricing. According to the salon's website, Tier 2 includes French tips with chrome, which is the design I received, yet I was still charged for a Tier 3 service. Overall, while the final nails turned out fine, I was disappointed by the inconsistent pricing and not receiving the full service that was included with my appointment--particularly on two separate visits.
