this result in vibration from drawer closing to crack the tile and it continues to expand.

JNT did shoddy work on my house and tried to cover it up. JNT seems to do a lot of water restoration work, for these types of companies they are usually expensive but you expect good service and work. Unfortunately, in my case, JNT performed defective installation of the tile counter and then tried to cover it up and claims it was my fault when I tried to get it fixed. Here are the details and the error is obvious if you do a google search on proper way to tile counters. I even sent the exact email to Tony and he didn't even bother to respond.... "The tile was installed in 2020, a small crack started to form a few months later, we called to complain. JNT came out and said the crack were caused by something bumping into it and not covered under warranty. As 2021 progressed, I noticed the crack expanding all along the front edge.  I did some google research on the proper way to tile the front edge of counters and learned that you are supposed to put cement board on the front edge (this is the way all the other counters in my house (not installed by JNT) were installed). It now seems clear to me the tiles were originally installed incorrectly in 2020 and the JNT guy that came out in 2020 was just giving me the run around even though he should have known clearly that the work was defective to begin with. Now forward to 2022, I pass all the new info to JNT management and JNT tells me the warranty is expired and I need to pay to repair the work which was defective to begin with. If any of this is incorrect, please correct me.  But if the info are right, it seems to me to be a dishonest way of running the business and it will not be a business that can sustain itself in the long run."

A few months ago we woke up to our kitchen totally flooded from a broken angle stop under the sink. It was devastating especially because I was scheduled to have surgery in a few weeks and it's the last thing I needed. We got a referral for JNT from a friend of a friend and they were life savers. They were at our house drying everything out and packing everything up to prevent more damage within a few hours. We didn't have to worry about anything after calling our home insurance, they handled everything and took the guess work out of a totally alien situation to us. Once they did the demo and got us back to a safe environment the fun part started. They helped bring our vision of our dream kitchen to life. I can't thank them enough for not only helping me out during this terrible time when I had no clue what to do but also putting everything back together more beautifully than I could have imagined.

Some of the process could've been done differently following protocol so that we did not have our job set back several days. The bottom line is that at least from Ricardo Guzman their representative in our was never less than pushy kept his word made everything right and that's rare and . I forgot to mention at the very beginning. I spoke to a gentlemen named Victor, and after showing him another bid I had received. They not only met that bid at the same price they made special arrangements to start earlier like I needed. Couple things that happen caused us to retest, but there wasn't even any question complaint or argument that their company paid for the retest. They stand behind their work and that is such a rare quality in this day and age. Overall very polite, professional and wanting to do a good job to accommodate.

What should have been a professional remediation process became an extended and stressful ordeal. Consumers should carefully review the contract before signing. In our experience, the agreement included a provision stating the customer could be responsible for the company's legal fees in the event of a dispute. We strongly encourage anyone considering this company to have the contract independently reviewed and to fully understand all terms. We also experienced aggressive collection tactics during ongoing negotiations, including the filing of a lien against our property. Homeowners should understand the potential consequences of contract disputes before proceeding. We recommend getting multiple bids, keeping all communications in writing, obtaining independent third-party inspections, and reviewing all invoices carefully. If others have had similar unprofessional experiences with this company, we welcome them to contact us privately.

I recently completed a major renovation of my kitchen, master bathroom, and powder room following a…read morewater damage claim, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Coast to Coast. I'm the type of person who is very specific about what I want and I did my homework. I got four different bids for this project, and C2C was the clear winner. Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.

This is the second water leak mitigation & restoration we've done with C2C and while the PM on the…read morerestoration portion was outstanding this time, overall, there were more issues with the mitigation than last. Specifically, they subbed out the demo portion to another company which incurred more costs and thus lead to rejection of payment by insurance company. Or rather, it was ruled as costs extending beyond ordinary expenses. Had it been included with the mitigation equipment, the insurance would've likely accepted it, as it did last time. The actual work performed by everyone was great in the end, just as it had been last time. Everything was remediated properly and more importantly, timely. Brandon the PM on mitigation along with David the PM on the restoration side were great, with David being the most responsive and communicative PM I've ever worked with. Meaning, updates everyday, as promised. That was the best part of the whole project for me as an anxious homeowner. I will say that my own insurance agent didn't help matters either in this case. He was super hard to work with and eventually C2C had trouble reaching him. This also soured the whole experience as everyone worked to track him down by phone and to prove that all expenses were legitimate. I'm on the fence as to whether to use C2C again for mitigation. Would not hesitate to use them for restoration though.
