Came back from my walk expecting to sit there for another hour, but to my surprise my car was outside complete and waiting for me. Done in under 1.5 hours. I have a Hyundai that also needs camera recalibration. All good... I felt someone should leave a positive review. One of the workers told me they had 18 windshield's to do today.

Called my insurance company who recommended Safelite on Park Ave. Made an appointment for that Friday to drop my car off. Called back immediately to tell me it couldn't be dropped off due to potential calibrations that MAY be needed and would take longer so we would have to reschedule. Rescheduled for the following Monday. Called me Saturday before my appointment and said would need to reschedule due to the Blizzard we were getting. Ok cool, understand, no problem. Set it up for the following Saturday at 3pm! Saturday comes I arrive at 2:55pm and when I walked in, there was a lady waiting for her car. The man came out clearly agitated and was talking to her about the troubles he having recalibrating hers. His tone was as if we were aggravating him for being there. Never acknowledged me. Spoke to another customer who came AFTER me very briefly outside then came in to ask what car I had (20 minutes later after arriving) I said the Honda Pilot and he said ok and his demeanor was aggravated as he walked back into the garage. Comes back out about 5 minutes later and said it may be a while, maybe like an hour/hour and a half before your window is fixed because I'm still working on hers and we are behind, I mean it's 3:20 (IVE BEEN HERE ON TIME NOT MY DAMN PROBLEM) so I shrugged my shoulder and said That's fine I'm just dropping it off, Im coming back. That seemed to please him just a bit that he wasn't being "rushed". I call my uber and had to wait 10 minutes. After he was all set with the woman he takes my keys and says I needed to wait so he can test drive my car to see if it needs to be recalibrated. I explained to him I can't wait my Uber is outside and if it needs to be done then just do it but I'm only there to drop the car off. He appeared to get upset that I wouldn't wait while he test drove my car. Dude I don't know nothing about cars or car talk just fix the windshield and recalibrated it if it needs to be or not and you can call me with updates. He threw his hands down as if he just got finished with an argument with his wife or someone and said fine in a stressed out manner and walked away. He called me about 25-30 minutes after arriving home to say he prechecked it on a scanner and the camera in my windshield was not damaged, it's all set so my car should be done in about an hour/hour and a half. His tone was completely different when he called (much more pleasant)..just waiting to pick it up to give another review on the actual work! I can tell you know I won't return to this location just off his demeanor, attitude and communication skills off first impression that made me tell myself everyone has bad days including myself but damn it leave it in the parking lot and not take it out on the customers!

When I dropped my truck off I was told it would be ready between 1 and 2 pm. I am an hour drive away. I showed up at 2: pm. They had not even sprayed my truck yet and the owner wasn't even there. When he returned all he said was, well, with a bit of an attitude, we'll get it done. Then a day or so later I realized that the back up camera was not working on my truck. which is in the tailgate. (they had the tailgate off to spray it) When I called back all they said was well it was working when it left. I checked the wires and found that they broke the camera plug.When I told them that the plug was broken they said well we had a hard time getting it apart. I would never go back here.

We have been struggling with this place for over a year now and can't get anywhere. They replaced a…read morewindshield in my daughter in law's Subaru with EyeSight, and since that day the EyeSight system is completely messed up, the dashboard looks like a Christmas tree. They had us return once for the recalibration that we were supposed to have gotten, but they could not accomplish this despite trying for 45 minutes, they said we needed to see a dealer. The dealer said "There are fingerprints all over the camera lenses, they have to be replaced, $3000, here is a report to take to the auto glass people as they should pay for this." And we call every month or two to ask about this and are always told "a message will be sent" and we will get a call but nothing ever happens. I just called the number I see on some of the other reviews about this, but it's just the main switchboard and so the same people who have told me for months "a message would be sent". If you have a car with any kind of cameras in the windshield, avoid this place.
