Friendly service with good food. We had breakfast on a weekday in the fall so the crowd wasn't too bad.

Plenty of parking. Food was great. Wife's new spot for orange chicken when in town. Everything was good. Service was spot on food came quickly and my tea never got low. The Ambiance is simple but nice. Will definitely be back!!!!

This cafe did not disappoint at all. We got there and we were immediately seated since we requested outside seating. Every waitperson who attended to us was very friendly. From the young woman who took our order, to the women who brought our meals and bussed our table. The food was delicious! We went with the biscuits and gravy which had lots of flavor, corn beef hash and eggs and the pancakes with bacon, hash and eggs. Every entree we ordered was very good. Dogs are allowed in their outdoor dining area. Wish I had known this before hand. It would have been nice to have our dog with us. At any rate, my husband and I were really happy with the choice we made for our breakfast. I have no doubt you'll feel the same way if you decide to given this place a try.

Delicious breakfast. Waitress accidentally forgot our order so it took a while, but still worth the wait!

Good food for sure, a bit on the pricey side for breakfast. Being a family-inclusive establishment,…read morethere's a good chance groups of kids are present and when we were here, there was a table of very badly behaved adults AND children which created a very disruptive environment. Staff just stood and stared at them instead of asking them to take it down about 8 notches. It really took a good bit of enjoyment away for a lot of customers. Since breakfast was available, we went in that direction...for lunch. Served all day. I got the Islander and wife got the Silver Alert. Mine was basically a larger version of hers. The sausage was really tasty. The hashbrowns on my plate (she didn't get them) were exactly like McD's or other fast food joints. I was hoping for homemade style and not frozen fast food style. The eggs tasted a little odd to me...maybe the oil used? Still tasty, though. Bacon cooked crispy. Good breakfast overall. Wife did want to try a starter and she chose the baked goat cheese/toast appetizer. She really enjoyed it...not really for my palate. Personal taste there. Several people who left reviews mentioned the wait time. We were told it would be 30 minutes when we arrived...but there's really no place for people to wait. However, they found a booth for a group sitting just inside the door and then asked if we would like to sit there. Sure...problem solved in about 5 minutes. Aside from the wait/no wait situation, it took a really long time for service and arrival of food. It's a smallish seating area overall for such business. Hopefully business is so good they'll look to expand to accommodate such demand.

LOVED everything about this place!…read more The service was amazing! The food & drinks were the best! I got the Holly GoLightly cocktail which was made with Grey Goose vodka, honey, suze & tea. Delicious! Had to have 2. We tried the tuna crudo, a shrimp dish and a flatbread. Loved the shrimp!

The restaurant itself has a luxurious, warm, and welcoming atmosphere that almost seems to transport you out of Corpus. There are great views of the Lexington and the Texas State Aquarium. We even saw some dolphins swim by! The food was fantastic. It was a cold day, so I ordered the shakshuka and my husband had the Turkish eggs and lamb sausage. The flavors were rich and bold. Both the house made foccacia and the baguette paired well with the tomato sauce. I was also a huge fan of the olive oil mixed with saba that came with the bread board. It gave the fruitiness of the oil a more complex sweetness. We finished off with the baklava which was also superb. Parking was ample and prices were very reasonable considering how much we ordered and the quality of food we got. Will be back to visit soon! This place was an absolute gem.
