We got bar seats after waiting about 30 minutes and it was a wonderful experience! The baristas were Madison and one other lady and they were so nice! The drinks were delicious, we got drinks instantly and we did wait like 20 minutes for the food but it turned out to be fresh and delicious. I got the EZ burger and jt was DELICIOUS, though it was slightly dry, it was overall a 8/10 burger. I went on a date with my boyfriend, total with 3 drinks, 1 appetizer, and 2 entrees, it came to $80. Let me say this. I am a restaurant snob. Particularly pizza and seafood. That out of the way, this restaurant was amazing in every way. The server Alfredo was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. The food was top notch. Fresh blackened redfish on risotto was to die for. The ambience was great...it's in the water so beware of the mosquitos, BUT they even thought that through as well. A great dining experience all around! Our server, Avery made informed suggestions on what to order and it did not dissapoint! She is an asset to this well run establishment! We started off with the anchor balls- super yummy, but decided to save 1/2 to make room for more! Then onto the tuna appetizer- light, refreshing and so good! Just enough room for the shrimp app. I am a big fan of scampi and this one will have me coming back for more. Our well behaved dog was welcomed on the outside patio and offered fresh water. The view was beautiful with pelicans doing their dives and an interesting looking heron to boot. We will definitely be back. Kudos to the chef. He knows what he is doing. read more

Went on a Wednesday night after doing some internet research on where to go while in town. Place wasn't overly busy but they seemed short staffed. Long time to take our order, longer to get the order, and then another long wait to get our check. I don't mind waiting if the food lives up to the internet billing. Unfortunately it did not. My daughter order a simple pasta dish that had so much black pepper on it she couldn't finish it. I ordered the red fish po'boy and only finished it but it was because I was starving. The fries with my sandwich were soggy yet rubbery somehow. My youngest ordered a pretty terrible grilled cheese and wouldn't eat it. So for one adult and two kids the final bill was $61 ($73 with tip). Maybe it was an off night for the place but I wouldn't recommend it based on this experience. read more

Never again Coasters. Sunday 1/12/2025 at 12:45pm. Two of us sat at an outside, covered picnic table anticipating Sunday Funday lunch. We were told by the host that we could not sit there. He asked us to sit at the bar (not a drinker, so no to a bar seat) or chairs on the seawall. I explained to him that I have skin cancer and am not going to sit in a spot with no shade. One star for dessert - not sure about actual food. So this restaurant was right around the corner and we were craving creme brûlée. I called ahead and went to pick it up. While I was at the bar, the bartender was very nice. They were busy so it took a while for the waitress to ring me up, but I was cool with it. I got home and we were so excited. I opened the container and it had marshmallows and syrup! We were shocked. Right away my friend was like "I'm not going to eat that!" I was trying to be open-minded and started eating it. It was like melted custard. But it was cold? So I don't know what was happening. I ended up throwing my dessert away too.
