Just the right amount of spice and I love how the chicken is dressed in a sauce rather than a jelly, like most Chinese food restaurants. I have had their lunch sized General Tso's chicken twice now. It is really good and fresh (and spicy). There are two Chinese restaurants on 2920 within a half a mile of each other (Mings), and this one is significantly fresher than the other one. The lunch portions are great and affordable. If you aren't a big fan of soup, you can substitute the soup for a coke. I am looking forward to trying their crab rangoons. read more

We've finally found a great Asian place and in our area... I ordered chicken and broccoli.....delish Major points for being tender and well cooked. My favorite food here is broccoli beef with chicken fried rice. Love it! We always get wonton soup to start off with and crab rangoons. Those are the best. The place is small but very cozy. The only thing I don't like is the drink menu. They don't have fountain drinks, so if you finish your drink, you have to buy another one, unless you get tea. Regardless, I still love this place. The place was completely empty and the service was very slow. Didn't refill our water the entire time we were there and we couldn't ask because the waitress hung out in the kitchen the entire time we were eating. I ordered the steamed chicken and veggies but when it came out the meat was questionable... it tasted awful even drenched in brown sauce. I took half a bite of one piece of chicken and asked them to take it back because it wasn't good or what I expected. The waitress continually tried to get me to keep the plate even though I said I would not eat it and neither would anyone I was with. I had to sternly tell her I didn't want the food multiple times before she took it away. We also asked that she take it off the check. When I got the check she did not take it off, she only gave me 50% off of the meal, which I did not even eat. I will not be returning. Everyone else's food was mediocre as well and for a completely empty restaurant, I expect better service. You want good Chinese go to Egg Rolls off 249. read more

Great little Asian place on the north side of town. Food always comes out hot and fresh. The dumplings, rangoons, and soups are delicious. The chicken lo mein is also really good. Very good food. I recommend the General Tso combo plate with rice and Egg Roll. It's very good. Another recommendation is the Chow Fun, which is flat noodles, with choice of meat. I had eaten here a few times, but today was my last. I ordered the beef with garlic sauce and did not notice until towards the end there was mold on the onion they put in the entree. I notified the waiter, who did not even fix the situation. He handed me my check and said "sorry." I was very appalled by it. Then the waiter asks me " did I want a discount" after he run my card. Are you kidding me? They should of offered to remove it from my bill or cook me an entree without mold on it! I said to the waiter, "you are asking me if I want a discount after you run my card and after I tell you there is mold on my food???" Do they not know this is the biggest faux pas? Needless to say I will not be going back ever again. That $10 charge for mold on my food instead of using their better judgement is ridiculous. Will be calling the health department...insane! FYI if a customer tells you there is mold on their food, you take it off and offer to fix the situation- you do not dare to bill them for health code violation on the food they ordered! read more
