Renee did what it felt like a consultation first. She helped me cleanse my skin first & describe what I needed. Any questioned I had, she explained well. She advised me to add on a nano oxygen treatment ($69) on top of the two others I signed up for. I responded, sure I'll try it. Afterwards, another esthetician (Ella) came in while my face was getting steamed and started with the extractions. She informed me every step she was doing, and checked if I was okay along the way. Next was microdermabrasion, high frequency facial wand, and then the nano oxygen (came off a like surprise, it felt like my face was being blasted with a mist of water & air) no complaints though, if it's for beauty. Lastly, after facial massage, a mask is placed. While waiting for the mask to soak into the skin, there was a shoulder, head, arm & finger massage.
