Jade is amazing and does really great volume lashes that actually look natural. I thought I was happy going to Lisa's salon in Noe Valley where I usually got the classic lashes, but Jade has shown me that I can have full lashes without it looking too fake or long. She really takes the time to listen to what you want and makes recommendations based on that. The first time I told her I was going on a trip to Hawaii so I will likely be in the water. Yes, they can get wet (but try to wear goggles) and no they didn't all fall off after swimming in the ocean. Why? Because she will tell you how to take care of them and make sure they last. Second time was for a bachelorette and they came out perfect. I loved being the first one ready because I don't need to put on lashes. :) More so, I can walk into work with them and not look like I just came from the club. Lastly, the experience of putting the lashes on is very pleasant. I'm an eyelash extension newbie, so I was a bit nervous on how I would react to the lashes for the first time. So far, I've been to Dazzling Lashes about four times. Jade is patient, professional, and a perfectionist! Jade knows how to shape the lashes to the eyes, rather than doing the typical as I've seen on others (and youtube). The lashes Jade recommended looked natural but full. My extensions withstood a 2.5 week trip in Japan's 30 degree cold, wind, and some rain. I followed Jade from Happy Lashes to here at her own shop because I trust no one but Jade with my lashes. It's obvious that she takes pride in her work. In fact, at my annual eye exam, my eye doctor noticed that my eyelash extensions had much less glue than some of the other extensions she'd seen. I've been going to Jade for 2 years now and she never disappoints. Her place is so clean and cute. She uses quality products and is very detail oriented. Jade is the sweetest person ever and genuinely cares about her clients. She suggested that I take a break because of my eyes, but I just love my lashes too much and I'm willing to pay the price haha. I get my lashes done religiously by Jade and it is the only beauty treatment that I am consistent with. I love Dazzling Lashes as Jade really takes pride in making the place a wonderful and relaxing oasis. One special accommodation that Jade does that really shows me how much she cares -- is that she blasts on all her heaters and brings out a heavy down comforter whenever I come in. You should try to fit yourself on an ongoing appointment before she becomes too busy to fit you in. Also, I (selfishly) did not write this review because I want her to be my best-kept secret. I leave her salon feeling beautiful as ever. She's so educated when it comes to lash extensions. She knows how to keep your natural lash healthy and she can determine which lashes will be too heavy for your natural lash. She can do a number of styles, I've done the cat-eye look as well as the doll-eye'd look. Just tell her what look you're trying to achieve and she can most likely make it happen!
