That was the whole reason I booked, and so I went in with high hopes. Let me start by saying Kirsten is a very kind woman. For the facial itself, there seemed to be much more massage (hands, arms, neck) than treatment. Felt nice, but not what I booked. I had a few white heads, her esthetician-modality doesn't believe in traditional extractions, so these were left untouched. Multiple times, she left the treatment room to let people into the boutique, which took away from feeling relaxed. Lastly, when we wrapped up, I saw it was 30 minutes past the allotted time I booked (ended at 3:50 on my appointment booking, saw my watch around 4:18). I had a commitment at 4:30, so this left me in a pinch. Maybe it was an off day, maybe this is standard, but I will likely not be returning.

She took the unsanitized tools that she used on my feet to my hands and took the polish off, charged me 70 bucks, and sent me on my way. Talk about a chop shop! I wish I had pictures of the tools, but she had my nails soaking in the acetone cotton/ foil combo for 45 minutes while she did my pedicure.
