I could feel the adhesive on my skin because she was using so much, i even felt it on the skin under my eyes along my lower lash line. It was an hour and half of intense painful burning. Aterward, my lids were actually sticking together due to the excessive glue, and my eyes are still very red and irritated. Additionally, the lashes don't resemble the style I was shown or requested during the consultation. I even showed a picture of the look i wanted and they looked nothing like that. I asked for a longer lashes in the middle and shorter on the sides, but the lengths are all the same and very uneven. Some extensions were even placed so far in the outer corner that they stuck to my lower lash line. When I tried to remove one, it pulled out one of my natural lashes and caused more pain. I had to remove it though because it was so unsightly and would stick to my lower lashes. Given the poor quality of the application and the severe discomfort I've experienced, I'm requesting a full refund. I never received one so now im trying to have my credit card company help me. Lash extensions should never burn your eyes or be applied with so much glue that your eyelids stick shut.

ZERO stars - I used to enjoy coming to this nail salon when Thao was here, but unfortunately my…read moremost recent visit was a very disappointing experience. Before coming in, I called and spoke with Tammy to ask about pricing. I was quoted $15 for acrylic removal and $35 for a regular manicure as a special price. I made it clear that my main goal was simply to have my acrylics removed because I wanted to give my nails a break from gel polish and other nail enhancements. When I arrived about an hour later, the salon was empty. Tammy greeted me and asked what I wanted done. I again stated that I only wanted the acrylic removal. She repeatedly encouraged me to get a manicure/clean-up, but no additional pricing was discussed. The service became uncomfortable almost immediately. Tammy cut my nails shorter than I wanted, even after I asked her not to. She then used an e-file to remove the acrylic, but she was applying so much pressure that it was painful and felt like my nails were burning. I had to tell her multiple times to be more gentle and even pulled my hands away because it hurt. Her response was that otherwise the process would take longer than 30 minutes. There were no other customers waiting, so I didn't understand the need to rush at the expense of my comfort. After soaking my nails with acetone and foil wraps, I was moved to another station and handed off to another technician. Unfortunately, this part was even worse. The technician struggled to remove the remaining acrylic and used nail clippers/pliers with excessive force. By the end, my natural nails were left shortened, uneven, and damaged. The manicure itself was minimal. My cuticles were barely cleaned up, my nails were not properly shaped or filed, and the overall service felt rushed. I actually had to ask whether the service was finished because so little had been done. To make matters worse, I felt overcharged. The posted price list shows a manicure starting at $27, and acrylic removal was quoted at $15, which would total $42, or less if the promised special pricing was honored. Instead, I was charged $35, yet the quality of service did not reflect that charge. Considering the discomfort, damage to my nails, and poor experience, I would have expected at least some acknowledgment or adjustment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was disappointing from start to finish. My nails are uneven, not properly cleaned up, and in worse condition than when I walked in. Sadly, after being a customer in the past, I will not be returning. Pros: Friendly greeting when I arrived. Cons: Painful acrylic removal, rushed service, poor nail shaping, unclear pricing, and unsatisfactory results.
