However, when there is a major malfunction like that and almost causing an accident, most places would fix this for their customers. The manager stated , " Maybe you should have checked it out before you bought it and took it off the lot." Unfortunatel, , we will never buy from there again. And for that Manager, that statement was not very professional! Also, really good dealership would make sure their trucks are thoroughly inspected and no major malfunctions before people buy them.

The item flipped up and got wedged between the transmission and the frame and ended up breaking one of the fluid pipes that runs from the transmission up to the oil cooler next to the radiator. I was dead in the water 3 hours from home. I could find only two GM dealers in the area. I contacted both and the response I received from Weidinger's service department on first contact was much better than the other dealer, so I made plans to get the vehicle towed over there. Scott, the service person I initially spoke with, was very helpful and set things up so that they could get me in and out on the same day. While there, the management allowed me to connect to their Wi-Fi and use an office/desk to get some work done using my laptop while waiting. This type of incident is always undesirable, stressful and generally unpleasant, but the folks at Weidinger made things about as good as can be. If you're in the area an need service for a GM vehicle, I'd give them a try.

I contacted the dealership on a Friday and spoke to Brandon a salesman, to confirm the vehicle was still on site. After getting preapproved from my bank, I set up a test drive for the following Day. When I arrived, I was given the key fob and told to enjoy the test drive. Once I returned, I was informed by Brandon they had received my banks preapproval the day before and he felt Toyota could give me a better offer, and it turned out that he was right. 2 % lower as well as several rebates. There was absolutely no pressure! He answered every question without adding any sales pitch, just answered my questions honestly. Financing was just as easy, Justin answered our questions and did not push any "upsale" items on us. My wife and I drove off the lot feeling completely satisfied. Then we get a notification at 800 at night that our doors are open and the next day we have more miles on the car. When we asked about it we got a run around story about how the camera didn't work where our car was at. When we finally get our car back, the windshield has a huge chip in it! When we show the service department the chip they say it's not on them. We do not trust this place and do not recommend using their service department.

The people who complain about this lot are the ones who expect people to read minds and approach everything with an attitude. Rather than as shit happens and they are just as human as we are. I started the process of purchasing an SUV with Jordan's last October. Since leaving the lot with my 2017 Ford Escape, within the first week or two we, my parents and I, discovered my breaks and rotors were out, ground down to the metal even. Next we discovered there was practically no oil left when I went to Walmart to have the oil changed seeing as this was a new car to me. The Walmart employees also informed us the skid plate was being held on my zip ties. The next problem occurred about 2 months after where we took the car in to have the tires rotated and balanced due to some shaking and they informed us the lug nuts were swollen due to age and not being taken care of. As for the shaking, turns out both CV axels on the front of the car were cracked. After that issue was fixed, a month later the transmission went. Next on the roster of fixes were the almost bald tires. And now only 10 months of having this nightmare, the block to my engine is cracked, therefore my engine is done. During all of this, my O2 sensors were out and my AC was just about done in. I tried looking into Lemon Laws after the breaks fiasco, but Jordan's had provided an inspection through a dealership they work with. After months and months of throwing money at this car, I am sick and tired of this. I HIGHLY suggest you don't bother stopping here unless you want to deal with the stress and the pain of constant throwing money at a heap of junk. I know in all of this, my parents and I should have done a better job researching common issues in certain brands of cars we were considering, but that lesson has been learned, along with demanding I find my own place to have the car inspected. Save yourself money and definitely go somewhere else!
