Over 5 hours on the side of the road in +90° weather with no AC - to find out they never dispatched anyone to do the tow. Would absolutely not recommend this service as they do NOT do their job and make up BS excuses as to why they dont do their job. Im replacing my road side assistance and hope that anyone who thinks about using this agency will rethink and go with an organization that doesn't leave a 67 yr old man stranded on the side of the road, because they "never got the ticket" - despite sending updates that they would arrive soon.

Our family of six broke down on Old Highway 66 in Cuba, MO while driving home from vacation with…read morefour children and severe weather approaching. Chris & Son Towing was incredible from the moment we called. The dispatcher immediately reassured us, and within about 30 minutes Chris and Josh arrived with both a tow truck and an additional vehicle to safely transport our family. What truly set them apart was that they didn't just tow our vehicle, they kept working to find solutions. When the first repair shop couldn't help, Josh suggested they personally contact Dylan's Automotive, and Dylan willingly agreed to help us with same day repairs. This truly changed everything for us. That extra effort saved us significant time, stress, and expense. They treated us like family, made sure we were safe and comfortable, and even followed up later that night to check on us. We will never forget their kindness, professionalism, and care for our family. If you ever need a tow in the Cuba, MO area, call them. They are truly exceptional people.

I called AAA after it had been over 2 hours and hadn't heard anything from Chris and Son's. I was on hold for 10 minutes and AAA said they would call them and they would not pick up their phone. So now AAA is canceling them and getting me a new tow truck. So these guys suck. Now I would not recommend Chris and sons and I will not be using them again. Next time I call AAA and they say it's Chris and Sons coming to help, I am going to refuse them. Im in Cuba and they are located in Cuba. Why am I waiting this long with not a single update? Its pretty bad that I had to have a tow truck "strums" come out of Washington. I would highly recommend them. I gave one star because it wont let me put 0.

I edited parts of this review after receiving a comment from Quality Automotive. Please remember…read morethat this review is based on my personal experience. Quality Automotive is located on on Franklin Street in Cuba, MO. Covid protocol: Unsure about this, we have never been inside the sales office and staff was busy elsewhere on the lot when we visited, so we didn't see anyone clean. Edit: According to the comment left below, their policy is to clean offices and vehicles on a regular basis. They do not require masks. Quality Automotive offers a large selection of used vehicles for a variety of prices. Inventory turns over fairly quickly. Their website is updated frequently and, besides photos of the vehicles available, shows information about engines size, mileage, etc. Edit: According to their comment below the website is updated daily. I visited three times and always found a vehicle that looked great, only to find that there were issues once I dug a little deeper and looked up the vehicle history online. After talking to a sales person I was told that you are buying the vehicles "as is" unless there is a remaining manufacturer warranty. Some vehicles also offer a 3-months warranty that can be purchased at additional cost. Edit: According to the comment left below all vehicles under 200.000 miles come with a build-in 3 months powertrain warranty. Vehicles over 200.000 miles come with a 1 month limited powertrain warranty. The warranty can be extended. All vehicles on the lot are unlocked. In order to take one for a test drive you need to get a dealer plate from the office. None of the vehicles I found met all of my criteria, so I didn't do that part. The vehicles are not bad, they just weren't what I was looking for. The selection is quite large for such a small town. There are currently 59 vehicles on the lot ranging from a 2013 Ford F-150 for $18,950 to a 1997 Toyota Avalon for $3,500. Sales staff is quick to answer questions and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Prices are not negotiable. Edit: According to the comment left below prices are negotiable. We ended up buying from a different dealer but I would not hesitate to recommend Quality Automotive as a starting point if you are looking for a used vehicle.

5/5, highly recommend…read more I don't normally write reviews, but Bourbon RV blew me away at every step. It started with pricing on a new 2027 Jayco Jay Feather 29BHB I was custom ordering. I reached out to multiple local dealers and Bourbon was the only one that gave me their best price right away. It was competitive from the start, everything was laid out in a detailed out-the-door agreement, and there were no games. Their communication is top notch across every department: sales, parts, service, and warranty. Everyone gets back to you incredibly fast. I've never experienced anything like it. The sales process was smooth. I had them custom order an Epoch heated lithium battery, an Equal-i-zer weight distribution hitch, and couch cushions in a different color we preferred, and they got everything ordered without me having to follow up once. No micromanaging required. The walkthrough was thorough and extremely informative. This was my first travel trailer and they answered every question I had, plus covered plenty I didn't even know to ask. The trailer did arrive with a few warranty items from the Jayco factory that needed repair and the service department went above and beyond. They kept me updated on where every part was on order and when it would arrive. I had a camping trip planned just a week and a half out and they had everything corrected before we left. Later, our electric stabilizers started cutting out when running on battery. Shawn kept digging until he traced it to the battery's charge level (lithium reads full differently than AGM), then tested everything at full charge multiple times to make sure it was truly resolved. That kind of follow-through is rare. Big thanks to Jesse and Peyton in sales, Devian in finance, Billy for the walkthrough, and Shawn in service. If you're shopping for an RV, start with Bourbon.
