I was extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and expertise throughout the entire diagnostic process. The technicians thoroughly inspected the vehicle, checked the alignments, verified all related systems, and successfully diagnosed the problem. The issue turned out to be the front radar sensor for the adaptive cruise control. They looked up the replacement parts and explained the costs, but what really impressed me was their honesty. Rather than immediately recommending a new radar unit, which cost approximately $1,300, they suggested considering a quality used part to help reduce the repair expense. I also appreciated that they were not afraid to ask questions or verify information when needed. Their focus was clearly on finding the right solution rather than simply selling parts. The only downside is that you need to schedule well in advance because they are so busy. However, after seeing the quality of their work and customer service, it's easy to understand why they stay booked. Overall, I highly recommend Haller Automotive Repair. If I could give them six stars, I would.
