Issues, concerns *not addressed. 6. Car returned *worse condition. 7. Car BROKE DOWN Hwy 50, 11 pm. A. Loud pop B. Smoke C. Violent shaking D. No acceleration, control. E. Less than 50 miles out of shop Narrative of Events: First, unable to get part so family brought car home. Days later, shop called saying part delivered. Car returned to shop, where is was disassembled. Part was *not available after all. One week later, part is available but DISMANTLED CAR PARTS DAMAGED. Week's wait time while parts shipped from KC. Calls to shop go unanswered until *67 blocked phone number. Now 2 weeks for an afternoon's repair. Into 3rd week: shop called, saying pick up the car. *Issues not fixed. *Concerns not addressed. *Over $700 for gasket replacement Car returned in unsafe condition.
