    I waited a while to write this review. I came from out of state and purchased a F-350 from Laura Ford and the purchase experience was fantastic, one of the best experiences I had. Sadly, it has been overshadowed by the way an issue was handled after the sale or more correctly not handled and completely ignored. Within 3 days after getting home the truck developed an issue and I don't attribute the issue to the dealer but it's how I discovered the truck had bad batteries (tested by another dealer). Normally no big deal a simple warranty replacement right, well the truck had lead acid batteries and I decided that I didn't want those and upgraded the batteries to AGMs out of pocket and turned the oem batteries in as a core charge. Later I learn from my salesman that Laura Ford changed out the batteries the day I came to buy the truck because they were dead, but they didn't disclose that until after I told them the truck had bad batteries. Then I also learned that the truck was supposed to come with AGM batteries so I never should have had to upgrade the batteries. I reached out to the dealer with this information and sent pictures and requested to be compensated for the out-of-pocket purchase since Laura Ford changed the batteries and the wrong ones were installed. The text was ignored, and my phone call was never returned. Basically, they washed their hands of me and went silent $400 worth of batteries. I know people make mistakes it's not that big of a deal just own the mistake and make it right. However, due to the complete lack of communication I can only assume that they stole the batteries and knowingly installed the wrong batteries. I cannot for this reason recommend this dealership. I waited to make this review because the issue was further compounded due to the truck having a parasitic draw that left the vehicle at another dealership for 37 days. It really sucks buying a new vehicle then loosing if for repair after 3 days of ownership. Like I said though I don't blame Laura Ford for the issue with the truck, just the issue with the incorrect batteries. Which would have been an easy fix IMO to a otherwise good experience. At the end of day, I am out $400 for Laura Fords mistake or theft.

    I just purchased a new 2021 F-150 from these guys. I could not be more happy to have done business with them! Staff is super nice and beyond friendly. I flew in from California to pick up my truck that I had put a deposit on. Cory made everything happen and kept me updated with status of my truck, he also arranged for me to be picked up from the airport. I could not be happier to have done business with them, they were the only dealership out of hundreds that I contacted that was actually offering a discount on the vehicle I purchased and were pretty straight forward about the charges. The moment I arrived at the dealership my truck was ready to go, nice and super clean! I have never meet such a group of gentleman and nice people working on a dealership. And I would definitely purchase from them again when the time calls for. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state and the experience could have not been more amazing! Give these guys your business and purchase your vehicle from them. As they stand by their word and are very humble people and will make anyone happy!

    Was lured in from three hours away to purchase what looked like a gem of a used car. Pro tip: don't put a car out on the lot with a check engine light on, tell me it wasn't on before, and then find out it's going to need $2500 in repairs. Don't then try to clear the check engine light and think the problem just goes away. Pro tip 2: do the right thing and call me on my way down rather than make me drive all the way. Salesman never once took my phone number. Pro tip 3: update the hours on your website to match... your actual hours. First and last experience with the Laura trifecta of dealerships.

He got mule a video, tested and showed every feature we asked about to verify (yes we had the sticker but still we've had issues in the past with other cars at other dealerships). Not once did he get annoyed with me or my wife asking questions, asking for more pictures, etc. He even showed us any scratches or anything he saw (used vehicle) and made sure we would not be surprised (we live far away and wanted the car transported to us). After that we decided to move forward and bought it! Throughout the whole process he kept us up to date and made sure the vehicle was clean and ready to go. It got here safe and sound and exactly as he showed us. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially working with Trent. Great guy, great experience!

He had the truck ready for me to test when I arrived . I feel I got a fair trade in value and a good price on the Gladiator. I did have to wait some time on the finance person but it was a Saturday and they were short staffed in that department . Instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the situation, Ethan attempted to use our review as leverage to blackmail us into silence. To be crystal clear: We are not looking for anything beyond the original equipment that our 2025 Jeep Rubicon X Gladiator was documented to include. We simply want the missing Bluetooth speaker that was specified on our window sticker at the time of purchase. The initial dismissiveness from our salesman, Jeff Kohler--who made excuses about his commission rather than solving a verified equipment error--has now been compounded by this unprofessional behavior from management. Being pressured because we chose to share our experience regarding missing equipment is an unacceptable way to treat customers, especially after being repeat buyers. We stand by our original assessment: proceed with extreme caution if you are considering doing business here. We bought a brand-new 2025 Jeep Rubicon X Gladiator from this dealership six months ago. We were repeat customers and actually planned on going back in the future to upgrade my truck. Recently, after watching some videos about the Jeep, we realized it was supposed to come with a detachable Bluetooth speaker. We even pulled the window sticker that came on the vehicle to confirm it, and sure enough, it was supposed to have it. We checked our vehicle, and it was completely missing. Thinking it would be an easy fix, we called the dealership. Instead of receiving basic customer service, we got a firsthand look at how poorly they treat customers "after" the sale. They made us feel like we were lying and we felt entirely dismissed. Jeff Kohler, our salesman, didn't seem to want to figure out how to help us once he was told "no" by the person he spoke to. Instead of trying to find a solution, he threw it back on us, saying, "Well do you want me to write a check out of my own pocket?"--before having the audacity to add that he only made 100 bucks off the sale. He was incredibly disrespectful to my wife and made her feel so dismissed that she did get upset and rude, holding her ground until he was finally willing to transfer her to someone higher, which he stated was the general manager. As a 20-year Marine Corps veteran, I have lived my life by a strict code of honor and ethics. To be treated with such ridicule and essentially called a liar over equipment that the window sticker proves should have been in the vehicle from day one is unreal. I will absolutely ensure that all my veteran buddies know not to waste Jeff Kohler's time--or their own money--at Laura Jeep. Steer clear of this place if I were you!

    I called this place and got a quote on 4 tires installed. After they were done they raised the…read moreprice, and later that day I noticed all 4 of my wheels had scratches around the rim through the powder coat down to the metal. I took my car back up there and the shop guy said that if the mounting machine was set incorrectly it could have messed them up. I then talked to the owner and he refused to do anything about their screw up. He said there was no way they did it which I find odd because the marks on all the wheels are the same. I told him I had pictures of my rims prior to them doing the work and he said he didn't care because they did not mess them up. The tires they replaced were the factory ones so if they did not mess then up then who else did. They were fine before I let this place touch my car. I have filed a complaint with the BBB on these guys. They are happy to take your money but don't stand behind their work at all.

As we arrived at our hotel, the battery warning light came on. We kept the truck running and checked in. Then drove back to Sullivan to get help for the truck. Unfortunately the alternator went out completely and we were stranded. I called my insurance Co for a tow and the truck was brought to West Bros Ford Dealership. It was 7 pm so they were closed. Our tow driver parked the truck in a well lit spot that had security cameras. I returned in the morning and spoke with Andrew who agreed it sounded like the altenator but would run a diagnostic to make sure our trip wild be safe. He arranged a car so we could get some breakfast. He called with the quote while we were just leaving breakfast and gave a time frame for the work. Andrew was very professional and courteous. West Brothers Ford installed a new alternator and we were on our way in under a half a day. As a long time Ford customer, I am grateful that the Ford company affliates with caring and honest mechanics. I am especially grateful to Andrew who went out of his way to minimize our inconvenience which allowed us to see the beautiful Meramac Caverns and get on our way. Thank you!
