Friendly, family-owned place. The food all looked homemade and amazing. I got the kalamata wrap with eggplant, and it was honestly the best sandwich I've had in a long time! Fried delicious eggplant, fresh yummy veggies, feta cheese all in a warm soft wrap. Everyone that worked there was so nice and friendly. The menu was huge; the breakfast options sounded awesome and I can't wait to go back and try them. UPDATE: I DID go back and try the breakfast and it was delicious! Long line on a Sunday morning, but it moved rather quickly. The only thing that is a little awkward is the line snakes around all of the tables, so when you are waiting you are basically standing on top of the people who are eating. So not the best place to go if you are looking for a more private dining experience...everyone waiting in line can hear every word you say. Best Food in Boston! Most Breakfast places can mess up eggs, with Nicky or Jim or Leo on the grill you get a great egg with great service! I went ot Jim's on a recomendation two years ago and now I probably spend 90% of my eating out budget there and do not regret one penny of it. (only thing i get else where is ice cream.) Anyway, weather it be from the grill or the entre's it is great homemade food that has been made by Jim or Mom and They always put extra effort into presentation so everyone that gets in line feels special. I would say that if you are not a superfical person then Jim's could be the the greatest place to get food from in all of Boston. read more

The BEST place on earth! Jim's is all you'd want from a neighborhood deli: fast service, good prices and absolutely insane food. If you've never been to Jim's, I would suggest going for breakfast to get the full experience. Order an omelet or go all out and get the pancakes. Fluffy and piping hot from the griddle, you'll think your back at your house growing up on a lazy Sunday morning. The hash browns are not to be overlooked either! If your a local, you love Jim's. Great place to get a sandwich or comfort dinner. This is really not a place for frills or the bougie type, but have some different options and it's always good. Also if your looking for something healthier, they have their own great greek dressing that I have to say very comparable to the Greek place down the street. If your looking for less healthy they have a great Mac and cheese... If you live in range you can also order delivery directly from their site and avoid all those service fees. read more

Big fan of Jim's. Whenever I'm in the Brighton area Jim's is my go-to spot for breakfast and lunch. The breakfast burritos and wraps are amazing. Full of awesome and fresh ingredients and usually if I get one for breakfast I don't have to eat again the rest of the day because they are so filling. I like how it's kind of cafeteria style, and the atmosphere is great. Very nice and friendly staff, no complaints. Nice job Jim! read more

Though we enjoyed our meal overall, it was a shame that we were made to wait 20 minutes for a table even though reservations were made well in advance. Moreover, there was zero bar space for our group during the 20-minute wait - so much for the cocktails - and so we kept getting knocked into by the constant flurry of wait staff and diners coming into and leaving.
