First and last time I will order from Jimmy's. Ordered a Chicken Parm pizza and what came was far from that. Chicken was so hard I could barely chew it, pizza had so little sauce you couldn't even taste it, bottom was over cooked and was tasteless. (I pulled up the cheese and chicken to see a tiny bit of red sauce). Heard such nice things about this place and their pizza only to be the worst pizza I have ever had in my life and I've bought frozen pizza that taste better than this. I've ordered from Jimmy's for years and the food has always been good, except for today. I ordered, and paid for, a dozen wings, I got 10 wings. I ordered a 10 cut pepperoni pizza. This is the driest pizza I've ever had. When I took the cheese and pepperoni off, there didn't seem to have any sauce on the pizza. I always pick up, and still tip. I'm not sure what has changed here. Used to frequent when living in Waterford and was our choice of pizzerias. Moved a few towns over a few years ago and went back to Jimmy's a few times recently. The product is not the same. They barely put any sauce on the pizza any longer. The dough has zero flavor and may not be proofed enough. When you open the box the pizza looks like it isn't cooked long enough. I'm sad that this pizzeria that I used to really like seems to be cutting some corners and it is affecting the quality that they have been known for for a long time. I don't typically write reviews and most specifically don't write them on Yelp because it is where people just go to bitch. But, it is where there website said their reviews are from. We like the food ok, however they frequently make mistakes on our orders. Knowing that orders are mistaken or misread, we repeat our orders. So, tonight we ordered a club sand with NO dressing. They put mayo on it. When we called to allow them to make this right, the order taker told us the process. First we had to return the incorrectly prepared sandwich so they can inspect the whole sandwich ( I mention WHOLE because she emphasized this. What if someone discovered an error after taking a couple of bites?) only then would they remake the sandwich to be delivered and 90+ minutes later. The pizza and fries are now cold. The huge inconvenience was not a concern to them (it never is). Customer service is very, very poor. read more

Wow!!! Don't know if Jimmys changed management but I ordered 50 wings. 40 hot and 10 bbq. It took an hour to get our food then they didn't send the ten bbq wings and they were cold. Called to get the ten bbq wings and now it's been another hour waiting for them to show up. The original driver said it was included in with the hot wings. Lie. I called to complain to the manager and was hung up on. Called back and all the manager could say is that they were on their way. No apology or anything like that. Order a pizza and I was told it would take 30 minutes. went to get the pizza at 40 minutes and it was not ready. There were 7 others outside wanting before me as well. After about 10 minutes and having been ignored as I was trying to get someone's attention I spoke up and asked how much longer it would take and the response was " I don't know". Ordered pizza and wings recently which were pretty decent. I believe they only offer rectangle pizzas, so it's of the thicker variety. Sauce is a little bit bland, and the pizza wasn't really piping hot by the time it made it's way to our house (but we live in Cohoes and they're located in Lansingburgh, so it's probably a ten minute drive). I did enjoy the boneless wings. Some pizza places advertise boneless wings, and you end up getting what are more like chicken strips with wing sauce on them. These were the smaller chunks, which I prefer. I've had their buffalo chicken wing pizza in the past which was pretty good. Overall, decent food.
