Great place! Lots to choose from, food is great and service was friendly and attentive. Not open for dinner.

I went to Jimmy Egg just a few days ago and they were low staffed but got everything to me quick and had great service!

When we got there we instantly sat down on a Sunday morning which is great. We ordered 10 min in and literally waiting a little over an hour for our food for two. Hash browns didn't taste all the way done and the eggs were terrible ! The biscuit and gravy and ham was good but that's about it! The water even tasted bad and we had to ask for juice instead, tasted like sink water read more

I walked into Jimmy's Egg this morning HANGRY and with an attitude... I certainly was not disappointed! About the only negative comment I can say here is that I did not know they were serving mimosas until I heard the champagne cork pop. The servings are HUGE, the staff is friendly and helpful. And the food is To. Die. For. The coffee is bottomless and fresh. And for the price is right for what you pay for. Definitely will be returning again! Shout out to Tiffany! read more

The restaurant wasn't busy and we waited five minutes just to be seated. No one even came to the podium to take our name or to say someone would be with us. We then sat for 10 minutes without a wait staff even stopping by our table to say they'd be with us. We watched 3 other tables seated after us get their drinks and order breakfast and still no one stopped at our table. Very disappointed since this is one of our regular breakfast places. read more

Very good comfort breakfast food. We got food for take out, so my chicken fried chicken and hash browns weren't crunchy anymore by the time I ate it, but I can tell it was when it was fresh. I definitely want to go back. read more

Amazing service and food! Our waitress, Victoria, delivered excellent customer service! The place was packed, and even though she was clearly very busy, she gave us her undivided attention and checked in on us regularly throughout the meal. Jimmy Egg's has tremendous food, but also has a tremendous traffic problem. They are usually so packed, I keep driving. The one time I was able to go in, the food was stellar and the staff was attentive and friendly. If they could make parking better and require reservations, I'd be back much more often. Consider delivery if you're really wanting to try the food but don't want to see half of the city inside. read more

Great food and a coordinated, hard working staff! Open-seating at the counter meant we didn't have to wait.

My daughter and I sat at the counter on a super busy Saturday! The gentleman that served the counter was fabulous. (Dylan) His calm and upbeat demeanor fit perfectly with the crazy pace of weekend breakfast. The wait was a tad long for the food but the place was packed!!! We visited this Jimmys Egg on Monday morning when most places were not serving inside because of the pandemic. The establishment was very clean and the staff was professional, attentive and prompt. From the greeter/host, the chef who brought our food out to us himself and our server, Cheyene, we could not have been more impressed with all of the safety protocols and friendliness. The food was delicious and fresh. We had a Meat Lovers Skillet and a Farmers Skillet with mini pancakes. I'm not really a breakfast person but I will definitely be eating there again. read more

Tyler loves its Breakfast/Lunch restaurants, and you can add this one to the mix. It was a busy MLK holiday, but they still seated my party of 3 within 15 minutes. The atmosphere was nice, our server was efficient, and the food was great. Reasonable prices as well. Try it next time you want a hot breakfast. read more

Trendy. Will probably have to wait In line. They have some nice versions of your regular breakfast dishes. Food tasted good. Management cares, regular help is more concerned with what they're doing rather that washing their hands after they perform a farmer's blow in the corner. Yup, saw it first hand. I called in to see if they were on a wait and the lady on the phone was awfully rude. When we walked in they were on a short wait (no problem) but I had my elderly grandmother with me and asked if we could have a chair for her to sit down, they said "no." They said 5-10 minute wait and we just got up and left after 30 minutes. Can't tell you about the food... but every part of their customer service is AWFUL. read more

I placed a carry out order, which I do quite frequently when I get off work. When I arrived to pick up the order, the waitress was bagging it up. I ordered a queso blanco burrito and it comes with a cup of queso on the side for to go orders. They put it directly on the burrito if you dine in. I asked the waitress for the cup of queso because it was not in the bag. She said the queso was on the burrito because that's the way it comes. I explained to her that it only gets put on the burrito if you're dining in. I have heard other waitresses training new people up there tell them this exact thing. She argued that they don't give cups of it out and I said well my food is going to be soggy by the time I get it home as a result. She just turned around and walked away from me! I got home with my food and guess what? SOGGY AS HELL. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and got hung up on. I'm guessing little miss I don't have any people skills is who answered the phone. I called back 3 times and got hung up on every time. I have been a loyal customer to this place for over 2 years, but I absolutely will not be back after this. That woman needs to be fired. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

This is the BEST place in town for breakfast! Food comes out fast and fresh even when they are busy. They offer a full menu all day, not just breakfast. All of their meals are very affordable but I love that they have a menu for 55+ with even better pricing. At Jimmy's Egg for the soft opening this morning. The menu has a lot of options so there is something for every taste. I had the Biscuits Gone Wild with bacon instead of ham. It was excellent. Service is great and the food came out quickly which is impressive for an opening. I highly recommend this new restaurant and hope they are successful. read more

Had eaten here before and really enjoyed it, especially the coffee and great service provided by Sarah. Monday July 7, my wife wanted breakfast and I praise the place to the hilt. Big mistake. In all my experiences of eating out, this ranks up there with the worst. Worst service we've ever had and if that wasn't bad enough, food was cold and not cooked as ordered. Our server wasn't with it at all and when we complained, a different server picked the plates up and assured us he would take care of it. Less than a minute later, our waitress was back with the same plates and began arguing with my wife the eggs were cooked as ordered. She ordered them over hard, which in every breakfast place we've ever dined means with the yolk popped and fried. One was popped the other wasn't and she took my wife's fork and separated it insisting that it was. Grits were cold and lumpy and our biscuits...I don't have words to explain, but they didn't look like any biscuits we've ever seen and were cold. This was our first time visiting this restaurant. We came in from out of town and thought this was a restaurant we had previously eaten at but were wrong. We gave it a try anyway. We got our drinks and then it seemed liked forever for us to get our food. Our order consisted of 2 omelettes, a sandwich, and a children's French toast meal. Our waitress was Autumn, She came to us twice to say our some of our food was ready but they were working on other parts. We finally received most of our order and though not as hot as would like it was warm enough. I wish they could have been more consistent on having everyone receive their food at the same time. I asked if they had military discounts and the waitress said yes. The discount only applied to my husbands meal only per Autumn per the Manager. I said that's not how other places do it but ok. I will not be back here unless I don't mind waiting until the end of time for bits and pieces of my meal to come out. Flavor wasn't bad but the service could've been better. read more
