She gave us her recommendations but we both were hungry for a hamburger. It was great. Fries and okra were too. Restaurant was clean. Bathroom was clean. They had extra fans blowing everywhere, so it was nice and cool. Plenty of parking. Place is alittle off the beaten path but with the extra time for a nice relaxing lunch! And support locals!

Their fries are homemade and hand cut- they might need to be fried a little longer because some were soft or perhaps cut smaller but they were good. They make their sauces, dressings, soups, etc from scratch. My mom said even the salad croutons seemed to be homemade. I tried the tomato soup but next time i want to try the french onion. There's really a lot of things i want to try! I got the appetizer crab cakes- they needed a little something, some more flavor, salt, seasoning or something in my foodie opinion but they were good overall. I think there's a lot of things on the menu to explore to find out favorites. We will definitely be back and definitely recommend!

($2.75) Our server was a terrific young man; personable, helpful and a good cook! We had a good time. The bathroom is Unisex and clean. There is plenty of seating. We often drink unsweet tea when we are out and it's rather astonishing how few places actually have really great tea. This place however, just amazing!! We opted to have a cup to go also! But just as important as the food, or maybe more so, is the service. Hands down the best service we have experienced in a very long time!!
