I began seeing Holly, who is not only compassionate but also exceptional with nails. I consistently recommend H&T to my family and friends, especially when they visit me from out of state. Tom and Holly, the owners, truly prioritize their customers, which is why I love going there every two weeks. I'm more than happy to spend my hard-earned money getting my nails done--plus, their pedicures are impeccably clean. I've tried every nail salon in MOCO, but H&T is the only one I stick with. If you're someone who is particular about beauty and self-care, this is the place to be. I returned on Monday to have the issue corrected, but the technician only lightly buffed the nails and applied an additional top coat. This did not resolve the underlying problems and, in fact, made the appearance worse. As a result, I had to seek services at another salon to have my nails properly fixed. I am very disappointed with both the initial quality of work and the lack of an adequate resolution.

Unfortunately, the service took over two hours, and despite that, it really wasn't that great. At the 1.5 hour mark, I told the guy working on my nails that I had about 30 minutes left, and he said no problem, but kept stopping to talk to people around us, which was a bit frustrating. The guy doing my nails started with my pedi and he didn't even out the length, which seems basic, and within 2 days, one of the toes had chipped, which is bizarre. For the mani, the mani itself was largely fine, but he really didn't do too much for my cuticles and there really wasn't much time for lotion or anything like that. Overall, I would absolutely skip this place unless you have a ton of time and can come back when things chip 2 days later.

However, I came in yesterday to get tips & gel and a reg pedicure and it was a disaster: For tips & dip - the glue was everywhere, and when trying to clean it, she scraped it using a file and it ended up making me bleed, there were dents in some fingertips after dip...so when I showed her, she said your nails are crooked...excuse me what?! (My nails have been the same all these years and the whole point of getting tips/dip is to make it look smooth and nice) so she had to fix it, small particles left in the nails (I'm assuming lint). Very disappointed! For pedicure - the tech did a great job but took longer than expected. Was thinking since it's reg pedicure it won't take long but that's okay, she was taking her time and perfecting it so I'll let that go. Oh and I lost my anklet here and realized after i got home. I'm assuming it was when massaging/exfoliating my legs. Idk how that even happens. The sandals or whatever footwear they have now does not work: it kept sliding off my feet and it ended up ruining one of my toenails, so she had to fix that as well. They used to have reg flip flops and those were perfectly fine, idk why they changed it. I'm not sure what's going on with them but they need to get it together. Come on Phoenix!
