I began seeing Holly, who is not only compassionate but also exceptional with nails. I consistently recommend H&T to my family and friends, especially when they visit me from out of state. Tom and Holly, the owners, truly prioritize their customers, which is why I love going there every two weeks. I'm more than happy to spend my hard-earned money getting my nails done--plus, their pedicures are impeccably clean. I've tried every nail salon in MOCO, but H&T is the only one I stick with. I returned on Monday to have the issue corrected, but the technician only lightly buffed the nails and applied an additional top coat. This did not resolve the underlying problems and, in fact, made the appearance worse. As a result, I had to seek services at another salon to have my nails properly fixed. I am very disappointed with both the initial quality of work and the lack of an adequate resolution.

When she came back to let them know, they treated her as if it were her fault and a one time courtesy to fix. They recently received a small remodel inside which benefited the technicians mostly with better organization of their products etc. and was done by owners husband. Of course after this remodel all prices went up again another $5. I feel customers shouldn't have to pay for their upgrades especially when service stays the same. They tried to say it was the first time they raised the prices in 20 years but that was false information because the prices have gone up before in that time as regular manis used to be $10 then $12 then $15 and now $20 or even more. Now I have to pay $55 with tip for her to get a regular gel polish on her own nails which does not add strength and lasted a week and a half last time and is easier with UV cure imo. That's like paying $4-$5 everyday you wake up just to look at your nails with color and nothing special. She used to come here for the decent prices and because the girls working here have great personality and are good people, but we have to look elsewhere now and they have lost our service. I was under the clear impression that an appointment was successfully made for that date. Today, Saturday, August 1, 2026, anticipating my scheduled service, I attempted to confirm my appointment by calling the salon multiple times throughout the morning. To my surprise and frustration, I eventually received a call back from a male staff member. He abruptly informed me that no appointment was on file under my name. When I tried to explain the booking I had made the previous week, he became dismissive and offered no assistance in investigating the apparent discrepancy. He simply reiterated that Mrs. Lisa was booked and that the salon would be unable to accommodate me. This interaction was incredibly unhelpful and frankly, quite rude. The staff member made no effort to understand what might have gone wrong with the booking system or to offer any form of resolution or alternative. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude displayed were entirely unprofessional.
